इतने सरल और सीधे तरीके से समझाया गया है कि क्या कहें, कोई घुमाव फिराव नही, सीधे सीधे मतलब की बात। यह ऐप्प मुझे बहुत अच्छी लगी। ऐप्प अपडेशन के समय समकालीन सामग्री इसी में सम्मलित कर दी जाये तो और भी सोने पे सुहागा।

Its good it's full in detail various exercise as per the body areas along with diet plan to gain and loose weight both hence simple yet effective.
Few corrections needed: First, post workout means 'after workout' and not before workout. You need to correct this in 'Post Workout Diet (कसरत करने से पहले का आहार) ' section. Second, 'Bench Press Closed Grip' in chest exercise and 'Close Grip Bench Press' in triceps exercise are looking one and the same. The triceps one is correct whereas, for the chest one, the hands will be a more wide than the triceps 'Close Grip Bench Press' and more close than regular 'Bench Press'. Hope to see the corrections soon.
