TS HRM Mobile Android application extends the HR & HRM module of a complex enterprise (ERP) system x10 intended for the management of middle-sized and large-sized companies.
The application provides quick online access to trainings of an employee. Of course there is an option to sync planned, completed and uncompleted trainings. In this case, the data is accessible also in offline mode without the need to be connected to the internet with your smartphone/tablet.
When planning employee trainings, the application saves a lot of time for both HR department and employee. All the changes and updates in the system are automatically synced to the mobile device on the next logon. That way, your employees are always presented with the current information about their trainings. These information include:
- date and time of the training
- short description
- info about the lecturer (with phone, email or website contact)
- location (with the support for Google Maps - finding a route to the location with one click)
Moreover, you can easily sync the training data to your calendar so you can be notified about any upcoming training right on time.
