M-Paper

Useful but doesn't do what's supposed to do. It should allow complete downloads before deduction of credit. It also notoriously does not complete downloads, or recover past paid for downloads. These need to be rectified.

It should be able to recover past downloads because we have already paid for...what are you doing now it's like going to customers who buys hard copies and grab their papers and tell them to pay again for same if they want it back!! Its not fair

Good App of course. However, errors should be fixed eg. deduction of account balance even when a paper has not been downloaded

Think about when you need to read a story it supposed to open like opening a page, but even if I downloaded the newspaper but I can read on my phone cause it's solid like a pictures. Improve the titles to link with whole story. You're trying, keep on developing please.

The application is now cool. I am using m-pesa only to topup my account. I had a problem with toppingup from airtime. All the best.

I can access magazines uploaded, billing is OK, and cost is reasonable. Why buy physical copies...while i have them @hand ?!

The application download feature shows downloading without completing the download. Even with a fast 4G network.

- I think it will be nicer if the newspapers will be sorted according their publication date i.e recent newspapers stay at the top and the older one stay at the bottom. About the cost of newspaper i dont think today's newspaper will have the same cost after one or two weeks. I think it will be better to reduce the cost of newspaper after certain period of time to incourage people like me to read older newspapers. THANK YOU

I can't buy magazines because I don't use vodacom and then when I buy vodacom simcard it takes the whole day to download a single magazine; not worth it!

The headings font is readable but the paragraph fonts are unreadable,it is better to make a zoom option for paragraph.For this type of paragraph font it means you sell headings instead of news paper.

For days now am triying to get their contact info but not available

This app has a lot of bugs, and needs development. Downloads regularly fail or simply hang, and upon restart of app show a blank document. There is no "download again" option so you just lose your purchase...

It's a nice application and service,for people who like getting their info on electronic format but I wonder while you have The Citizen on your list,why there is no Mwananchi newspaper too?can you please bring Mwananchi

The idea is very good but i am disappointed by the quality of the news paper snapshots. If it was raw text, you could make it scale based on the screen size. Since you provide images, it's better if you upload high quality and low quality (like the one you currently provide) and let users choose which quality they want. People with small displays or poor eye sight cannot read the text as zooming pixelates the image.

It's a best app among all my apps. Congratulation guys keep making the creative work alive. Kudos
