This was the first female workout app i have ever tried and I love it! There is no reason to look for another or to try something else. Easy to use, well organised, helps a lot and I found everything at one place. Great job!
Amazing app, it gave me the routine I was lacking for , now y just think in heading to the gym and do an hour of cardio! Im so thankful.
It's a great app for ideas and building workouts based on muscle group. However, custom workouts could be easier to build and there is no cardio options. It would also be great to be able to synch my workouts with the fitness and bodybuilding app.
I absolutely love this app. I love everything about it. Gives me my workout routine based on my body shape and give a whole bunch of exercises. I really like the idea of having the videos showing you how the exercises are performed.
I was tried setting up my custom work out , it keeps moving my works out I chose for what day I want it on to another day and I can't get to move back ,and want let you out how many reps you want to go of each or the weight to use , needs work has great exercise /workouts tho!

I love it, I can do it on my own and it for my particular body shape. I do incorporate cardio, which they don't include. Still, I use it all the time.

I like the concept, but if my workouts have saved, I can't find them. There are no settings to adjust so the dates are wrong, and the timer starts counting the moment you touch it (no time to get in position) - if you can get it to work at all! All of the preset workouts require gym equipment, and the custom workout is difficult (if not impossible) to edit. And of course, there are no instructions or tutorial to get started!
The overall appearance and interface is excellent. Although I would like to be able to save workouts and go back to workouts without having to stroll through entire list. The videos are very helpful too because sometimes I get confused about how to properly do the set and the video perfectly shows you how to.
Love the videos and exercises. Also great that it logs the weights used and reps done. Wish it would save where you last left off though....it's annoying scrolling through and trying to remember after a couple of days.
using this app i no longer need trainers oftenly but firstly sometimes i cannot read the workout description due to adds and well it lacks some or more accurately a lot of workouts also its power and space draining
I had compered it with men version and I like men version better. Men version gives you option of what you want to achive- body building, fitness and so on. Women version assumes you just want to stay fit and not do any body building. So sexist!
I'm so in love with this app i down load so many applications before and they didn't cover as much as this one it's just amazing I am so glad and blessed that I found it and I recommended my best to anyone who doesn't have an idea what are they getting their selves into just like the way I didn't know what to do or how to start now I do know my routine and I just love it good luck
This app is very useful. It has many excercises and well organised, very motivating. I just need to know about the body shapes categories exercises (banana_apple_pear..etc) are these exercices for those type of body shapes people? Or is it for changing people into these body shapes?? Can someone answer me plz
