This app sucks. You get a 'session timed out' about four to five times. Then maybe you can pay your bill. It would be a great game if it was like a time bomb. But all I'm trying to do is pay my bill yo

Thought I paid my but apparently the app crashed and the payment never went through. Even worse, it does not notify you that the payment did not go through.

This app used to work great. Now when I try to pay it says my session has expired. I updated the app thinking that was the issue... same problem.

Never works. I've tried to pay my bill 8 times so far this month and it's either "currently unavailable" or "times out" when I click to confirm.

I have used this app to pay my bill all the time without any issue; however, now it says "session expired" each time I try to make a payment so I'm done with it

Very unresponsive. Everytime I try to make a payment it says my season has expired, even though the page was opened less than a minute. Uninstall.

App is garbage. Never works. Try to pay your bill and it either crashes or gives you a message that states that your session has expired.

This app keeps timing out every session you have to re try your payment atleast 6times to work. Trash

The app tells me that my session has expired, therefore I cannot pay by mobile app. In addition, the website will not allow me to enter my account number, further denying me the opportunity to pay paperless.

I was able to login on Saturday but by midnight it continuously rejects my zipcode. DL says WU has an incorrect ss # for me. There is no tech support so no way to fix this. Plus $2.50 to pay a bill is robbery. This app is garbage.

If the app decides to work, it's pretty convenient. I often find myself being presented repeatedly with "the session has expired" upon entering my payment credentials and submitting. For such an incredibly simple app, you would expect to not run into these issues. I would assume that if I reentered my login credentials that the error would go away, but I don't really see the need to have my account number on hand at all times for a poorly written piece of software to attain passable usefulness.

They revamp their website to attract new customers as if anyone has a choice which company services their area. Now i can't access my account because they wiped all the log-in info. Idiots.

I paid a select amount on my light bill... And then when I checked my balance online on my debit card I noticed I was billed twice... One payment has been posted and then the other one is under pending transactions. I am done with this app!

The best App if u hav DUQUESNE LIGHT! It's a must hav, especially when in a hurry n need to pay bill or check balance or just check ur Bill statement!!!!!!!!!!

This is convenient for people who do not have auto pay. Paying the bill over the phone has a fee too. This is much quicker than paying over the phone.

This app did not work for me. Nearly cost me lots.

I'll never use it because of the large service fee. I'll go the website and pay my bill for free instead, than you very much.
