DO NOT UPDATE AS MESSES UP LOG IN !!!!App was great until update now i cant log in to my account at all it don't recognize my email or password and cant re join as i already have account so thanks to the update im screwed !!!!

Do Not like the new look the old was much better as new its much harder to get about the home screen

App should have the option to view your wish list! That way if you use the app in store you could always pick up things you've added. Seems silly to miss this!

Update rubbish!

I really only use this app as a mobile Beauty Card - and it does that perfectly well! As we can't use the app to shop, I would suggest adding a feature where you can make a wish list or just keep track of what you want/need to buy the next time you're at a Superdrug. I'm always forgetting something, and this would be really handy as I already check the app every time I'm at Superdrug for member offers or just to scan my beauty card.

Awful app which does not work at all! Cannot get past the first screen asking to add a picture - just keeps freezing and crashing. Really wanted to be able to use this app - very disappointed. Will just shop in boots where I can use the app and therefore the points system!

Can't get past the add profile photo page so have never been able to use it. Uninstalled numerous times and still doesn't work. Worst app ever!

After getting a new phone I reinstalled the app. Sadly it is causing nothing but problems in the sense that it doesn't work. It asks me to upload a profile picture yet crashes when I try to do so. I have noticed through reading other reviews that I am not the only one who has had / is having this problem. It would be good if Superdrug acknowledge that so many users including myself are having issues and respond to us saying that they will try and fix this issue with their app.

Worked fine until I needed to load onto my new phone. Just cannot get passed the profile picture.... Basically it doesn't work!!!Doesn't matter if I uninstall, wait months etc. Just rubbish. Such ashame as I used to love the app on my old phone. Come on Superdrug..... Sort it out!!!

An year ago had the same issue and uninstall the app then. It is disappointing to find out the same problem still exist! All you can do with this app is add your details. Nothing comes up, just unresponsive white blank screen. Uninstalling again.

Can't use the app as it crashes at the 'enter your profile picture' page. App now uninstalled. Judging by other reviews, this is a common problem - please sort it out!

I've had the app for months now, and it crashes as soon as I try to put a profile picture, but I can't skip it because it crashes then too. What is the point in this app if it doesn't work

Utter garbage, I tried to use it for the mobile card only & the last 3 times in store the app crashed & refused to reload.... Fails the most basic test of an app

Terrible. Same issues as everyone else, just crashes on "upload a profile picture" every time. Doesn't matter if you uninstall and reinstall or force close it. For such a large company it's a joke that they haven't got a software engineer somewhere to just take a look at the code for Android phones. It's not hard.

Used to work fine. Reinstalled on new phone and now like everyone else it won't get passed photo profile page. Just crashes. Useless.

STILL doesn't allow you to input details of an account already registered. Forces you to try to create a new user despite previous complaints - see other reviews.

It's a virtual beauty card! That's what it is and it saves me having a piece of plastic in my purse. It doesn't really do much else. It has links for the online Superdrug shop, links for the online doctor too. It's not bad. It would be good if it had a note taking section for shopping lists etc. I don't know if it works offline yet, I need to be able to access my beauty card offline as in some stores I cannot get a signal/data connectivity is poor due to the structure of the shopping centre. Thanks and I hope you continue to add new features

I have an account already and everytime i scan my bar code it comes up with a number but then asks me to sign up when i am already signed up. This is a massive shame as i would have used this all the time

Can't get past a profile picture. Whether I want to chose one, take one or skip... It just crashes. Rubbish.

It doesn't get past the picture option screen. I've tried it before and gave up, it would seem nothing has changed.

Absolutely awful will not let me get past the profile picture. Only get a blank white screen. Uninstalling again!!!!

Shop alot at Chingford. Store.Ap is great except having to scroll from begining when viewing products.Multi buying fragrances can be arduous.

Rubbish - thought I'd try the app I've been trying to order for 3days on the web but gave up coz it's rubbish. The app is even worse you can't buy from it. It's just a newsletter . Waste of time

Would have been actually useful to shop with this app. And also it doesn't let you log in if you already have an account.

What is the point in having an app when it doesn't work.

Won't let me skip the add profile picture phase and then it freezes. Don't even know what the rest of it is like.

Absolute rubbish. It won't connect to my account and the contact us form produces a 404 page not found response.

You can't shop on the app, it just takes you to the website which has all the same info. Literally pointless.
