- Select one or more strokes, and a distance range (between 100 to 2,000 meters/yards) to generate sets.
- Add any of these sets to your personal workout.
- Keeps track of total workout distance.
- Remembers your workout even after you close out of the app.
- Rearrange and delete sets from your workout.
- Copy individual sets, or the entire workout to your clipboard.
- Email a workout to someone.
A few note:
- Let me know in the comments or through email if you have any suggestions on how to improve this app.
- The app will occasionally generate a set above the specified range, but it should never be by more than 100 yards/meters.
- To move, copy, or delete an individual set in the workout tab, you have to "press and hold" that specific set.
