1. Please remove all old apps, and junk.
2. If you have Kodi already installed please remove it and then make sure that you install Kodi 16.1, do not, I repeat do not install Kodi 17, the Smart TV Setup is only configured for Kodi 16.1.
3. Make sure you have a good internet connection, Ethernet is best, but Wi-Fi will do. Always use your home broadband when running the wizard.
4. Clear the caches on your device do this regularly.
5. You will need to side load this App on to your Fire TV/Stick (Use ADBLINK or apps to fire) YouTube is good place to see help videos on how to side load apps to fire TV and sticks.
