The Bangalore team is the worst of the worst team I have seen ,the managers are doing namakaram job over there, the managers are cheating in the name of company , Go fa****** off managers nd the whole blore team sucks ...!

Bike delivery and pickup distance very low ( 2km ). And the bikes condition is very bad. Very bad. I don't like this and I never use this once again.

Its an awesome app..delivering great experience over here in madiwala location in btm too...love it no hassle , all delivery guyz work awesome. Great job..☺

Prakash you should call back when you say so and you guys still owe me 5% cashback on my last ride (Rs. 4827) which ended on 4th April 2017 and paid through Paytm. Customer support needs empowering, they always say I will call you back or my senior/executive (Prakash) will call back.

We booked a bike nd no one delivered it till now we are waiting .....we booked 11:30 PM slot...tge guy called at same tym to confirm the address at 11:30 PM but after that his no. Os not reachable.....nd once it got connected he did not picked ....then his phn is switched off....even the customer care no. We r clling but the cll gets drop after connecting.....too much.....its really bad......bad service....because of this our trip is cancelled.......fed up right now

Plz add new bikes like fz-s and ur service is good,, chnge ur rule delivery and pick up location is same.....

The organisation have a start up, with the fine and new motors, but the employee are not worthy, even though they don't how to speak, it seems as if Tazoo bike organization have put all illiterate people's as an employer.

The app doesn't let me pay through mobile wallet though I chose the option. After trip completion, I had to pay by cash

App is awesome and there are no faults but please add new bikes like KTM , duke etc

Highly unprofessional. I booked a bike. I got what looked like a really old bike with temporary registration. So I ask the delivery boy for the documents. He says that he has proper documents for it but cannot give them to me and that I need to call the customer support. I call customer support for documents. They tell me they'll WhatsApp me the documents but in 20 mins they call me again and tell me that the bike's temporary registration is expired and that if the bike is caught by a traffic policeman I should pay him "some 200rs". They literally asked me to bribe a traffic policeman

I booked a scooter in Hyderabad. First the is not showing the warehouse address until you book. Took the scooter it has no number plate indeed no registration Except the guy said don't worry Sir no one will catch you, if any issues call me. I deliberately went near to traffic police but no one caught me. Next the scooter had no brakes so had to ride at 20 KMS speed, I took it for inside city commute so some how managed. The scooter condition was horrible. Finally when I have back the scooter the guy over there said this scooter is not in condition. Very sad.

Very good app helped us students living in the hostel a lot. Ravindra has provided us really good service in Ameerpet area. I have just one request. Plz dust the vehicle once and give it to the next rider. We got dirty vehicles alot of times.

Service was really very good, delivery in time and no problem while riding for whole day we took three bikes in kondapur and not even a single issue was there for two wheeler as well as with Vijay (tazzo operator) worth it

I think you should built up a warehouse in lb nagar it will be useful for us we are ordering from uppal it will taking more time and free delivery

Tazzo is Cheating on the Name of Refer & Earn. Referred two People who had their Rides and Still Did not Get the Credits. Shame of your Service

In my area Secunderabad maisammaguda is very high cost hours charge Rs 12 or 5 km and other place only Rs 8 hours or Rs 4 km.i am not going next time tazzo then uber cab is very good better than tazzo.

First of. All they charged me too much for my rides and even their app showed inaccurate data for distance covered and their supervisors are the worst who were not communicated regarding anything and they just are trying to dupe their customers,so nothing good can come up from Tazzo bikes.This is my final feedback which I am sharing for Tazzo bikes and I am not going to use their services again because I have been very disappointed​ with their services.

Lately at least 3 notifications a day regarding offers. Pleasant maintain a section in app for offers and keep a opting​ option to get notifications. If user has to block app notification then what good is for ur app?

Bikes are well maintained.. Door to door delivery at such a rate is unbeatable. The only problem is of availability
