Budget Taxi Sri Lanka

Worse app ever. Up-to now I haven't been able to get a taxi. The locations don't load up automatically. The roads don't even appear. There is no option to fill in the address. And so many other unnecessary questions to fill when in a rush. So inconvenient.!!! Deleting this app immediately. The general number worked fine. But now there's a loooong voice message about downloading the app. May I repeat - waste of time!!

Day 1: on my way to work. The fan belt broke and I have to pay the guy for the halfway hire + and when I called the budget taxi they didn't have the courtesy of sending another car.I had to stop a random tuk to go to work. And today worse experience ever. Booked a taxi one day prior and arrival was at 7.20am no Taxi . Called them twice. One person says the taxis dispatched another says no taxis. 3rd time another guy calls at 7.45 !! After I cancelled it I get a call from budget asking WHY ICANCELLED!

it crashes everytime i try to navigate through the menu. please fix and test intensively before publish your app.

This app is easy to use and i dont have any issues booking a taxi with it. The only flaw is that i cannot track where the driver is at a given point of time

Eventhough booking is confirmed taxi was nt allocated. Very disapointed. Prior booking is wasting your valuable time...

This is not working.. Remove the app until you develop it properly without being a joker

It's less user friendly compair to the other same kind of apps and taking long time to give a response. But working.

App is not user friendly. Minimum charges on tuk Rs. 300

I had to factory reset the phone. So I have forgotten the username and password. Now I cannot recover or reset the credentials or there is no way to get it. Top of that call centre general line is not picking up the line

Very bad foolish ever service that I have seen we went to a function and we went to deal place colpity and after we got down we kept our servant in the car an drops to park in the side but that damn mad guy he just left that place and he went to a police station to take his license after that he called his Freind to come near somewhere and he took his Freind to the bank and our servant was getting scared and she arrived at home at 8:00 what is this yourll do two service at once yourll are the worst ever useless service ever ever

A list of Addresses(street) are not loading, so the app doesn't allow to get registered..

Nice app

Can not log into the app - get an invalid user name or password error. However I am able to log in via using a PC. It's shows that I have successfully registered and activated but can not log into the app. I called and informed support 5 times but issue is NOT resolved yet. On the other hand Pick Me app is working flawlessly

Need to get a log in password and user id frim the company. When contacted i was not able to get a user id to test the app...
