M. Tınaz Titiz, 18 Nisan 1942 tarihinde doğdu. 1963 yılında İTÜ Mimarlık ve Mühendislik Fakültesi, Elektrik Mühendisliği Bölümü'nü bitirdi.

1969 yılından sonra Correspondance Course from Education for Career Advancement, New York University Extention College, on "Logic Design of Digital Computers"de eğitim aldı.

Amacı Türk toplumunun yetersiz düzeydeki sorun çözme kabiliyetini arttırma ve topluma erdemi egemen kılma yolunda çalışmalar yapan Beyaz Nokta Vakfının başkanı ve aynı adlı derneklerin kurucusu, yöneticisi. Yazmayı, konuşmayı ve bilimsel örgütlenmeyi seviyor. Bedensel özürlüler, bilimsel ve teknik araştırmalar gibi konularda çok sayıda derneğin, vakfın kurucusu ve yöneticisi. Evli ve iki çocuk babası.

Rigorous M. Haystacks, was born on April 18, 1942. ITU Faculty of Architecture and Engineering in 1963, graduated from the Electrical Engineering Department.
