Where is Arte+7??? Very disappointed by the new version of the app, there are far less videos...

Je n'arrive pas à revoir les émissions, et le nombre de vues à côté me laisse penser que je ne suis pas le seul.

J'adorais l'ancienne version qui me permettait facilement d'accéder aux replays par thème et qui accessoirement me laissait accéder aux vidéos de l'étranger... Cette version n'est pas du tout pratique à utiliser. Sans compter que la plupart des vidéos me sont désormais interdites et qu'entre les vidéos d'1 min et les vidéos interdites, difficile de trouver une vidéo regardable. C'est également dommage de ne plus pouvoir trouver facilement les vidéos qui sont sur le point d'expirer.

never change a running system!! you guys learned it the hard way. please go back to the old version which way amazing compared to this one! Unfortunately this "updated" is crashing every 5min and as already reported it is impossible to play video from +7 panel. Very disappointed!

Unfortunately, this is the worst app from dozens I'm using every week on my tablet. Crashes, wrong lists, confusing interface... Now the latest terrible usability bug: after clicking on an a video and returning back, the screen switches to portrait (!!!!) and video details are displayed, of course, 90° rotated. I don't understand how one can force portrait mode in a video app!!! Please, return to the old app! Btw, I'm using a 2 years old premium Samsung tablet.

Last version was so much better in every way. It cant figure out why one is taking something that was really and make it thst worst.. i used to use this app everyday but now, only one once a month maybe

Stops frequently and videos in the +7 section tend to refuse to play or even to show the option to play. Dislike using the app, unfortunately it's the only way I know to access the arte mediathek with using chromecast.

Nouvelle version inutilisable. Pourquoi faut-il toujours remplacer les choses qui fonctionnent? C'est agaçant. Système de "playlists" alambiqué où il faut aller déterrer le bouton permettant d'afficher la liste des vidéos par ordre de diffusion. De toute façon, il est depuis quelques jours impossible de lire les vidéos +7 (message "oups..." systématique), hors mis le direct dont je n'ai pas besoin. La lecture Chromecast est également HS. Pour info, on retrouve toutes les vidéos sur la chaine Youtube Arte+7. Désolé Arte, mais cette appli est à ch**r. Je vais essayer de retrouver une ancienne version sur le net.

Die APP hat sich sehr stark verbessert und ist weitestgehend stabil. Die Playlists könnten anders sein aber das ist meine persönliche Meinung...

the playback quality is really poor. HD? forget about it. I'm using chromecast which works, on the other hand, perfect with ie YouTube. streaming with arte is awful.

It's OK, the app would need to be faster and for some reason are the videos I delete from my favourite tab keep on coming back

Please give us back the old app, in the new one the different arte+7 programs are way too difficult to find!!! It's so confusing!!

Where is the English?! Arte has great programs in French or German but I was hoping for an English version based on the apps name.

malheureusement très peu de films/séries télé sont proposés en version sous-titrée. Dommage pour ceux qui ne parlent pas couramment allemand ou ne souhaitent pas voir de films doublés en français...

Design naja, ein wenig umständlich alles. Content aber top!:) Qualität top, alles in HD.

Great programs but complex app

Intéressant

I love being able to watch French programs and documentaries to improve my language skills. However recent updates have made the app less user friendly - it's harder to find the content I'm interested in. Also the subtitles no longer appear

But keep saying for som videos it cannot be played in your countrie !???

Certains programmes sont malheureusement inaccessibles hors d'Europe.

Properly scandalous! Impossible to watch the videos because I'm Belgian. Even so Arte is available in Belgium. A pity, a shame!

Das alte Design war viel besser.. Was zur Hölle soll der Blödsinn mir der neuen Ansicht bei einer Sendung? Beispiel: ich schaue mir gerade die Auswahl zu den Geo sendungen an. Oben steht IMMER was Geo ist, unten steht IMMER wann als nächstes ausgestrahlt wird. Damit bleiben genau zwei Zeilen für die Auswahl der sendungen! Zudem wenn ich jetzt irgendeine Doku schauen möchte (keine bestimmte), dann muss ich in 4 verschiedenen Listen schauen? Ernsthaft? Schwachsinn!

The app is often really slow to load and the videos bug all the time :-( I use the app for viewing live programmes and programmes I have missed, but the menu/categories are confusing and it is rarely easy to find what you are looking for. I would like to be able to browse my favourite programmes more easily and to customise the welcome page, i.e. getting rid of "Arte's selection". It is really disappointing that after all these updates the app is still bugging all the time and far from user-friendly.

Seul le direct fonctionne depuis cette nouvelle version. Message d'erreur des que je tente de lire une vidéo: Oops, il y a un soucis avec la vidéo. Je suis sur tablette Samsung tab 10.1. Android 5.0.2
