Tells me to enter my postcode so I do then it asks if it is correct but its empty so I enter again and same happens.

Why do I have to put up with this rubbish app? Why don't UTV, STV and ITV sort themselves out with one really good app instead of two apps for 'ITV programming'. And they wonder why people pay for Netflix, Amazon and Sky....

It's great when it's working with a good, steady, fast, Internet connection. And we all want to support our Local businesses/broadcaster ! But when we get poor service, we react with obvious anger and frustration, that our own broadcasters can't manage to give a strong, stable signal, when the distances - in digital terms - are "just around the corner"! There are plenty of young people, well educated to World beating class, who would love to be given the chance to update, upgrade and overhaul the Systems.

The whole point of feedback is to tell them what's up and let them fix it. So instead of coming on talking rubbish, tell them what the problem is. Or go watch it on your tv.

A really awful app, never let's you watch a full program, constantly freezes, just terrible

I find the interface to be low budget but works fine good app but not better then other on demand apps on the market but rating is to low so Ill give it 4

I haven't even been able to watch the first 5 minutes of last night's x factor that I missed. Waste of time trying to wait for this app to load. Completely freezes during first ad.

Started to use this at work when I'm catching up on shows on my break.. but I use 4G so hardly cost effective when the program is interspersed with adverts.! Do your research before you build an app

One star is generous. After sitting through copious amounts of adverts, I then would expect to watch the programme I had initially selected. UTV Player has a different idea: make all the adverts work perfectly then freeze when the programme is about to start. This will be uninstalled with immediate effect.

I wouldn't even give it one star but can't go lower!! I missed the first episode of I'm a celeb and went on to the website only to be redirected to the worst App ever made! Doesn't even play the video just shows a little white square and there's not even an option to view it online, very disappointing! A lot of work needs put into this App for it to run properly and until you's figure that out make it available online!!

Terrible app picture freezes all the time very annoying . I hate using it as its ruins your viewing

Very good but the adds take forever if this didnt happen it would have been 5 stars

Works sometimes, but more often than not it freezes at the end of adverts, when the advertisers logo is on the screen, how convenient. Often have to reload and watch the adverts again. Feels like I am being purposely scammed. Galaxy s5, newish phone with all updates installed.

iPlayer and All4 have Chromecast. Why not UTV?

How bad is this it doesn't work ads then wait then nothing even stv is far better need I say more

Tried to watch programs...but after ads it froze, such a shame as I love BBC iPlayer !!

On samsung tab 2 and on wifey's ipad air... So,5 star for me...

The utv app is useless they don't have the ability to cast to your TV

Just what you'd expect from a mediocre operation like UTV. Not even a second rate app. Very poor indeed, but I should not have been surprised at all. Find an alternative download option if you can!

This app is completely useless so stop mentioning it on UTV

The app seems to do what it wants, works for a while and then it will just constantly freeze during adverts, makes content almost unwatchable
