You need to select the city and hotel name before you can use it and despite the TV telling me to use this app for media sharing the hotel wasn't even listed let alone the city. Pretty shoddy. They could just use a chrome cast style system instead

These TV link up apps are shocking and this is no exception. Talk about form over function - why do TV coys and companies think that can own this market. Just allow screen casting and be done with it. Total waste of effort!

This is a really really useless app. I have no idea with this rubbish app. The team who wrote the app must idiots.

Wow. To get this app working, here is what you need to do: first connect to a working wifi access point in order to log into the hotel with your room and surname (this makes the "Media Share" function appear). Then connect to the TV WiFi network, and use the Media Share. It's kind of crazy that they expect people to know that's what needs to be done, and not only is there no guidance to do this, but there is misleading guidance instead! Hence ... 1 star.

Can't even download the app to new devices (Galaxy S8+). Just let us miracast! No need for a third party app!

Even after speaking to reception and having the system "turned on" in our room we where unable to log in and utilise this service. Terrible idea to have an app that is supposed to make life easier in a 4 star hotel when it just wastes your time. Needs work.
