Huurt u een woning via MVGM Woningmanagement en wilt u altijd op de hoogte zijn van wat er zich in of rondom uw woning afspeelt? Dan is het goed om te weten dat u met de MVGM app altijd en overal op de hoogte bent van de zaken die voor u als huurder van belang kunnen zijn.

Wat kunt u met de MVGM app?
1. Melden van technische gebreken aan uw woning of uw appartementencomplex;
2. Inzicht in de planning van onderhoudswerkzaamheden die uitgevoerd gaan worden;
3. Beoordelen van dienstverlening van MVGM en onderhoudspartijen die werken in opdracht van MVGM.

De functionaliteiten van de app zullen gefaseerd uitgebreid worden. Op dit moment is de app nog niet beschikbaar voor al onze huurders, indien u gebruik kunt maken van de app wordt u hier persoonlijk over geïnformeerd.
