It didn't find my reservation, spinned in loading. It is only good for browsing for cars, but I can do that from the web page as well. Uninstalling.
I logged in using my phone number after which I noticed that there was a reservation in My reservations menu. It had started the moment I logged in and had a length of one month. I didn't get any email or SMS confirmation, which meant being unable to cancel. (has to be done via a link within the confirmation) I called the customer service and they promised to figure it out. No reply on the same day, we'll see what happens tomorrow.
1st experience: their system was down and did not get confirmation until 15mins before the pick up time (did reservation 2 hours upfront) and they initially refused to redund - 2nd experience: reserved full electrical car, which was not plugged in and out of electricity (and filthy too). Called customer support who clarified the situation and said refund will be done, which haven't been done few weeks later. See if I need to fight for that too.. Real sad - good concept and market needs something like this
Worse van rental service I ever used. Inhumane, does not respect customers nor their rights. I was billed after over 1.2 years with no explanation whatsoever on the bill. The price was raising with no reason. Escape this if you still can! The initial bill was around 800 euros and it escalated first to 900 euros when we made a complaint they increased the bill to over 1100 euros. Their billing is NOT transparent at all. This is illegal. Read the "small prints" in their Terms and conditions! Lots of hidden costs. For instance, even if you take the full insurance, some types of damage are fully in your responsibility. If there is a damage, they can charge you up to 7 days of rental on the top of the reparations services. And they also can charge you without having to execute the reparations. The lawyer told us they were not acting according to Finnish laws but court would be more expensive than that. Therefore we paid with disgust their overrated bill. And I will discourage anyone I know to use these services and encourage them to spread the word on the experience I had with them.
