this is just shameful, i didnt expect such sloppy work from a company like tigo. Its been over three months now i cant register my phone with the service. Please make it work or pull it off playstore. I would give u zero stars if the option existed

Jaribuni kuwa smart, your app is becoming outdated. Be flexible put all services that are available with ussd eg sending money to other nets and all others put all those options with buttons. Angalizieni hata kwa wenzenu M-pesa their app is very smart. And improve security

Its a good app but its missing some key features, like you can't really pay bills to some accounts because they aren't in the list of companies provided so at least they should add an option where you can manually add a company's number. And it wuld be nice to have notifications.

1. The app always delayed to open, which makes it useless as we expect it to simplify process 2. Add some features like sending money to other networks. By using this app only alow sending money to tigo network only.

This app do not open in my phone tells me use tigo sim card and that is the sim card usually I use in my phone but still not opening

When I installed it for the first time it worked, but for the second time it doesn't work at all and am really pissed off coz it looks like a wastage of my data package. I do use tigo SIM card on my device, yet it needs me to insert one! Answers please

Ni app nzuri na inasaidia kutumia account yako ya tigopesa hata kama hauko na line husika hapo.. Tatizo ni kwamba haiweki rekodi ya vitu unavyoangalia,mfano ukiangalia salio sasa hv na ukirudi baadae unataka tena kuona inabidi u request tena...naona mngeweka option ya kurekodi events na results zake ingekua poa..

Hongera sana tigo kwa kubuni hii app ,lakini naomba muongeze menu ya ofa maalum muongeze university offer kwa sisi wanafunzi watumiaji wa vifurushi vya chuo. Asante

Allow the App to use other networks lather than only your network. Some using Wifi to get fine network.

App inahitaji maboresho kama ikiweza kutumika offline/ bila kuhitaji internet itakuwa nzuri zaidi pia ongezeni huduma km kutuma pesa kwenda mitandao mingine. Na zaidi muwe nna review comments za wateja ili kufanya marekebisho accordingly

Iko vizuri na imerahisisha huduma ya tigopesa lakini kuna baadhi ya kampuni hazipo kwenye orodha ya hii app.
