This is not an application. It is a collection of short notes related to body rhythm. The notes has a terrible, inconsistent structure and a lot of grammatical errors. It's hard to read, and hard to understand. There is no interaction in this collection of notes. A small website or an entry in the Wikipedia would be a better choice for presenting this material. Non of the notes have siting, so it's hard to verify the validity of the information.
First look was at 15.00 or 3pm which is bladder function time. Weird context of words used changing meaning, then I read increase acid before meals and that seems wrong as most of us suffer from too much acid from stress and not enough enzymes to digest food. Afraid to take advice so please please have it checked. Last update was in 2015 which is old and medical ideas have changed a lot since then!
Great for managing when I should and shouldn't do something. It actually helps you sleep better if you know what your doing.
It sounds like Traditional Chinese Medicine where each organ has an active and restful time. It would be good to see something on meridians.
