I registered with my Google account n it continues to give me an invalid login error.
It's not up to mark. I schedule than no sms will relieved error is coming
Can make different appointments type which is great, but not time Zone sink, and glitches when I save appointment it doesn't send email any more and not sure why?
I agree when your selling point is one price for life time use or updates should be kept it is part of doing business with the people who purchase your product and not turn around and say oh well we have to. Other companies don't do that and expect to stay in business.. We should be grandfathered in for life period no if ands or butts.... A unhappy user Dave....
Other version was easier to use and was able to book multiple appointments at one with out adding members.Very confusing and time consuming . Not very happy. Also the other app was free and didn't make you join and pay to be able to use it.
I sent support emails on 3 separate occasions with no response at all. How in the world do you expect to make sales??? Its like you don't want my money. Love the app, but the lack of customer support will make me go elsewhere
I have a busy nail salon and I've been looking for an assistant app to make my appts and this is great. I don't know what is going on with the other comments but I've had nothing but success in the past week since I've downloaded it. Easy to use and quick messages , first appt took a lil while to get but after that smooth sailing....
I'm a new business owner, I have a nail studio and business took off immediately for me! I don't have an assistant, so keeping track of my appointments got tough! I needed something to help me stay organized. I had downloaded another app that helped a little, but the moment I stumbled upon this app, I deleted it! I love how my clients can book online themselves!! They love it as well! --I do however have a couple concerns and suggestions. I don't have enough space so I will email you all. Thank you!!

Been using the app for about 2 years Old version was really good! now is really slow lately my app doesn't send the reminders msm and doesn't let me know when my customers do appointments online
The appointment SMS reminders have stopped, which caused me to miss 2 appts. The whole purpose of the app for me, was to be reminded of appts. I've checked all the settings and all seems to be set correctly. I wish there was an 800 number so I could get some assistance.

I got a new phone and all my clients information appointments and everything has been lost when I stall the app on the new phone is there anyway that I can retrieve all my information and put it on a new phone please please help
Update 20.3.17. Navigating between screens seems to be taking an age. Not sure when the last update was done but i think it might be time, after 12 happy, month's to find a new app that's just a little quicker. Love and use it every single day. Just wish it was a little quicker to navigate between screens, just takes a little bit too long. I'd hope the next version would sort this out as other than the slowness I can't fault it
It's perfect for my small business. I use it mostly for reminding my clients about their appointment times.
I dont like the fact that there is no support for this app, when I send appointments, it stop sending time and date, i don't know how to solve this issue or who to contact

Has stop sending reminder msg my clients really depend on that. What has happened if I pay I expect all to work
It worked well for a while but now it is only sending initial appointments. it has stopped sending reminders out and I don't know how to fix this.im losing orders and having to remember and spend time sending text messages.please help me fix this
loved it until the upgrade was forced and now its just more of a headache than a help. Cant even straight import from my contact list anymore. Why make it LESS user friendly than before or at least give us a choice. Customer support is pathetic - 9 emails and no response. What are we paying for?
Terrible, terrible, terrible! My appointments or my contacts didn't import as promised. I don't think the creator/owner of this app understands that we are running a business & the inability of the app to work properly is unacceptable. Please help!!!
Someone needs to program something so I get my appointments back! AGAIN! I'm done with this app... Your should've just left well enough alone
nothing about this app makes things simple like the old version!! can't move appointments when rescheduling, appointments didn't transfer as promised, and when I click on the day, it says no appointments found,after entering them. I'm pretty sure I waisted my money to migrate. please make this app more like the old version.
How do upgrade an app and make people pay for it when the old one was much better. This one is so slow that you will lose time and busines. I would like a refund please or reactivate the old one !!! Who ever come up we the idea to upgrade a app that had nothing worng with it. They should get fired asap also the person who approved it.
First off hands down the older app was definitely better.. on the old application I could schedule while being on the phone with my clients..now it won't let you unless you are on WiFi... yes I payed for the new application to difficult and slow process to schedule and unlike the old version you
I do not like being forced to upgrade. The previous version worked great for me. This is hardly an "upgrade" at all.
Last one was better and I really hate that I cannot see what appointments I have when I click on a certain day on the calender considering that I am a barber and need to see what times I have avaiable.

I can even buy the upgrade it keeps giving a error message. Hate that I had to buy the upgrade in the 1st place. I prefer the older version and I'm not interested in clients paying online.
The updated version is unstable and not user friendly. Prefer the previous version. Uses in fb page tab and clients having difficulties using it!!!
I hate being forced to upgrade especially when the app isn't better at all. I'd like to be able to use the app as my own calendar as well as booking clients. But it doesn't give the option to book just whatever without making it an official type of appointment.
I paid for this app as soon as we had to. I don't mind paying. But I've been using a different app as this one is ridiculous. Why fix something that's not broken. The green version was the best. I miss the green version so much and hate that this blue one we are made to pay for is not exactly the same. BRING BACK THE GREEN APP OR CHANGE THE BLUE ONE TO BE JUST LIKE IT!! I will not be renewing my subscription that's for sure.
Although some of the new features are great like the post appointment rating option and online appontment setting. I'm very disappointed with a few things such as how slow the app is, it times out alot. The splash screen that shows up every time. The list goes on an on. Please fix this or alow us to go back to the original.
I had no problem with this app they decided to abandon the old one and create a new one called Pro which if I'm not mistaken you have to pay for so fine I'm willing to do that well I've already paid for it and I can't login to my old account I've tried everything,can't see my appointments. This isn't a game or a Bullshit camera app, This is my business ! A month gone! I don't know who to contact about this,no info in the app
I have been regularly using the old version but this new version is soo slow..i am ready to pay whatever amount for the older version but now that i have read all the reviews, i don't think I will go for it. Also, i would prefer offline version rather than online version coz being online, there is a lot of disturbance from whatsapp.
