Lots of useful info - the sleep log is quick to access & easy to use however the timer is incorrect ... keeps adding the incorrect end time, which means either you end up with incorrect stats or you have to edit the time - not ideal .
Found the log had stopped a few times. Doesn't show total for 24 hrs previous in morning
If you go off the app for too long e.g. your phone is locked, the app stops recording a period of sleep. Very annoying!
I found the sleep lab website when my first baby was small and it was a breath of fresh air to have an easy summary of the evidence related to infant sleep. The new app makes the information much easier to access and use, just in time for my second baby! The information on bed sharing is particularly useful as it allows the parent to assess their risk of SIDS and make their own decisions. I'm a paediatrician and will advise any parent interested in sleep issues to download it.
