Gym Set Counter asks you how many sets you wish to do and how long you want in between each set. Then you simply do your first set and hit the start break button, the app will then count down your break for you and sound 3 beeps when you need to start your next set!
Text at the top of the screen reminds you of how many sets you have left to do!
If you like doing sets one after another such as abdominal crunches into mountain climbers, you might find the set time feature very useful! With this feature you can tell the app how long you want a set to last and then what break to have in between. Then hit the start button and watch the app make short work of timekeeping!
