Cannot show location on the map. Map only shows where you are when report is sent!

Can't select location on map. App useless without this feature.

A bit clunky but works on my s5.

Can no longer drop a pin on the map. No good reporting if I can't show where the problem is.

Can't move location marker to indicate where issue is... so useless atm. Stick with the website for now...

Report an issue, someone gives it a quick look and says it's fine. Report again when the same issue re-appears, it just gets ignored. Pointless app if no-one acts the issues reported.

Entered my email and number but when I press save it says 'failed to update profile'. Can't even use the app!

Can't get past the add photo stage as arrow in top right hand corner is not highlighted. I only want to report bad roads as holes are horrendous in some areas and will damage car soon.

Tried to report 3 pot holes but to went through as bridge issues

But this latest version does nit allow me to submit my reports. Please fix. HTC DesireHD.

I have used this application since the first release and, although it is a bit flakey, managed to send reports using my Sony Experia T. I have now installed the new version and it won't send reports either using 3G or Wi-Fi and whether I try to send it now or later. I have uninstalled and re-installed and no change. Very poor.

The validation issue is a real problem. I just want report problem quickly then go but instead I have to wait about for an email. Perhaps you should have a link to a help page that explains why this validation issue happens as very frustrating. Also it says about a Privacy Policy but there is no link to mentioned policy. Lastly bit confused about text on 'Love clean streets' as I downloaded 'Love West Sussex' app. Really hope some improvements are made to this app. as is just what West Sussex needs. Just needs to be more user-friendly. Look forward to seeing some updates to this app.

Yes, problems are easier to report, but they're made worse by incompetent repairs by council employees.

I had no problems at all in validating, and reporting my first issue. Interface could do with a little attention for the more basic user. Although best if you submit using a photo of the pothole, you don't have to - just press next in the top right hand corner. All round good app...just hope it is actually used by those in authority to target the right areas!

Works well on my galaxy S2. Only problem is the categories are not well thought out/too many and you can't edit a report as one users posted. Otherwise no issues and have submitted a report without any problems.

Makes it simple to report potholes (and other issues), it's just a shame that the Council closes the reports without actually fixing the problems.

App does validate, you just need to be patient and watch for the validation email. No category suitable for cycle path problems. At final screen before sending report you cannot edit the details by going back, that erases everything. App crashed when I tried to "reset".

Can't add a category, so can't log a fault. Logged on website instead, but never got a resolution. Logged error via support website, and was told to log it again somewhere else. Not interested any more...
