Bounty pregnancy, birth & baby

Alot of doom and gloom articles on here which are very depressing to ready, especially the one container before kids and after kids life differences, Jesus! It tells you to look at their many helpful tips, and to look at this and that but with no links or clue where to finds these articles & webpages, so you're left pretty unsatisfied. None of the videos worked and there were no links to these videos either. And no one seems to stock these bounty boxes! One person told me to try super drug but the app tells me u can only collect from Boots. I've been to e different Boots stores (large stores) and no one seems to have a clue. Oh and I had all my hospital details in it and one day it decides to delete it all and ask me to put it in again, but now the hospital doesn't exist apparently.

Sign up form has been completed (correctly) multiple times, but it just keeps telling me "something went wrong". Judging by some of the other reviews, the app is clearly full of bugs.

Generally quite good but it's stuck on 23 weeks and hasn't moved although my baby is older than that.

Great app so much info I didn't know

Put baby's dob in yet it displays the wrong week for him and won't let me have the next pack even though he is the right age for it.

This update is better as I can click back instead of closing all my apps.

First time dad, downloaded so I could keep track of our little princesses development. The daily facts usually surprises me to learn. And the foot size chart has made a few people cry especially my little niece.

Really helpful articles. Only thing is, I'm having twins and can't see a way of inputting that information into the app. Excellent freebies

Good app but it says I collected my Mum-to-be pack in Jan this year; never collected it and received no response when I sent an email to the address provided. Would have given 5 stars if not for this issue!

Couldn't even join because the app kept crashing!! What a joke!

I can't even join up with them it keeps crashing and it's really frustrating as its my partners and my 1st baby so we want to use the app to monitor progress

Love readin daily updates and watchin the progress the baby is makin as it grows inside me love this app

Downloaded fine but wouldn't let me sign up !! uninstalled and tryed again but same thing happened

Good until recent update, now my baby has giant feet and the app keeps crashing.

The app does not exit on click of back button. Always have to use the samsung home button to close it.

Useful, And easy to use

Good app with regular updates on baby and helpful articles, but every time I've gone to collect free packs they have been unavailable and app now showing as collected when it hasn't, have contacted bounty with no reply. I also receive emails which mentioned about a contraction timer on the app, but can't find this?

Interesting information and I loved getting the packs in my first pregnancy. However, I've not managed to get any in my second as my local Boots is always out of stock. Is there a time limit on being able to claim the gift box? I went to another bigger store and they didn't have any either. My hospital info isn't available either.

Full of info...free stuff and interesting facts...would recommend. Only have one issue and my local hospital info is not available....east surrey hospital in redhill surrey.....can't see why this is not available as I imagine there are many pregnant women in my area who have been given the bounty pack by their midwifes. Please update!

Went to collect my first box so pressed redeem they were unfortunately out of stock, emailed bounty six times to ask if I could have it changed and no reply, just checked to see when my next one is ready and apparently I claimed it in 1995, same with the next one, bearing in mind I would of been 7!! And only downloaded this app in March this year, would like to give it 5 stars but no communication on thier end at all! App is brilliant though... shame really

Cannot get gift box. Keep checking 6 stores for 2 weeks. No one have it. Stores stuff saying didn't receive it for a long time. Is there any other way to get it?

Good app, a lot of info. I can not find a way to contact for a enquiry. It is supposed the mum to be pack is ready to collect for me (This is said in my weekly info) , but then the date was changed in the free stuff section, so I can not collect it

Would be better if you could actually get the freebies, as I've tried 10 times to get my bounty freebie box and everytime they haven't got any so my suggestion is either send boots more stock than you do or make it available at asda and tesco like the other freebies!

Last month I tried to get the mum-to-be pack at Boots but they didn't have it, the timer was counting as in the shop asked me to press before they went to check the stock, so I had to run to a different store and they didn't have it either, the cancel button was not working but the timer was still counting. Suddenly it showed that I redeemed it already, so I had to write a few times to bounty before I got a reply, and the conclusion is that they can not do nothing. What kind of customer service is this? You use your time checking their app, website and emails, but when you have a problem they don't do nothing. Very disappointed.

disappointed to say the least. the codes wont even open and no information for either of my local hopsitals one if them being Diana Princess of Wales hospital. every time intry to access either area of the app it now crashes. enjoyed this app with first pregnancy but now not impressed sort it out bounty

I like it but I have been unable to get my bounty gift box from Boots. Take it they are not doing them anymore!!

Really enjoy using this app. Very easy to use. Daily snippets of what you are going through as well as babies foot size. Too cute!

Have not been able to get any packs never any in the stores I visit also it says my newborn pack has been issued on my app

cant seem to get the packs from anywhere and then after a few attempts it now says I've redeemed the voucher (which I havent)

I find it silly that they offer you things that get ur hopes up and then never seem to make deliveries. Been to over 20 boots surrounding central london and my local area and no one has this gift box! Some have even said they received once and never again.

Keeps crashing I emailed you and have had nothing back app is still doing it

brill app but my free packs aren't working. Says they are available but when i click on them says they are not....
