Nothing wrong this the app tbh, it is a good one. Unfortunately no one can say the same about the service they provide.. Bus 80% of the times late or cancelled(without any communication) and Wi-Fi almost never working despite all the nice advertisement on the bus! If you can chose a bike or a car to go around! Unfortunately me like other guys have no choice..

I hate carrying cash so I use this for bus tickets. I also love that you get live departure times from all bus stops on this app.

Good features and works well. Can sometimes be a little slow when loading tickets but seems to work well most of the time.

Way too expensive and the ticket doesn't work if you've run out of data. Ridiculous.

Monthly ticket is expensive.I think company should offer 3month or 6 month must be cheaper price

Shockingly unfit for purpose. Drains battery so badly I almost wasn't able to get home from work today as I need the app to get on the bus and my phone had almost died. Before adding this my phone would easily last 24 hours at least on standby. With this installed my phone haemorrhages energy. Really needs improving.

Btw this is a new review. I've reconsidered my previous review as I thought so far that this app has been pretty good. What I like most about this app is that it has live bus times. Only two things I wouldn't mind having is PayPal option. I don't mind using what I got now but having it be handy. Secondly maybe add finger print scanner. I dislike how I need to re-enter my password every time just to purchase a ticket.

Really disappointed. I've been using this app for a while and never had any problems, but yesterday morning I tried to purchase a ticket through the app but the payment wouldn't go through. I thought nothing of it but found this morning that the payment had been accepted and my card had been charged. But no ticket. When looking for a help or contact option on the app I found nothing. Paid for a ticket that I don't have and it doesn't look like it will be easy getting my money back.

Bus timetables 100% of the time are always INCORRECT. Extremely infuriating to the point there's no point having one. Very quick and nice UI. Does what it should. Sometimes get a "not conected" hang which means if your bus is about to pull up you don't have a ticket to show. Offline access is a well needed feature.

Absolute gem of an app. Some glitches sometimes but nothing major. No wonder since it's a part of massive transport giant RATP.

This app is way better than the morebus app great job for the bus company

Great app overall, only thing you can't do is but return tickets and singles, will definitely keep using this app

Do you show the ticket visually for comfirmation to the driver or does your phone need to have tap technology?

Easy to use but limited ticket options. Would be better if there was an option for student fares.

These are RUBBISH-BUSES , not Yellow Buses. Never on time and the most drivers are not polite.

Makes life much easier knowing when the next bus will arrive.
