Relieve Neck Pain

I've been suffering with on/off neck pain for a few months. Used this app today and can feel a big improvement. Thanks so much :-)

A good app but needs the ability to customise to start off with less reps and build up.

I just finished my first day. I recommend if you have severe neck pain like I do, take something for the pain 20-30 minutes before attempting this. In theory this should work over time. But it is to early for me to tell. I will review again after a few weeks of daily use. (Just an observation, your app states "easy way to receive neck pain, use is daily", suggestion.... update to "easy way to relieve neck pain, daily use recommend. " hope this helps!

Used to be a good app. Now I watched 6 ads and still didn't get in. Deleting it

Great concept but a little more information and features like maybe a reminder timer that also keeps track of how long on device vs time spent on stretches. OOPS, may want to fix typo in app description above says "easiest way to RECEIVE neck pain. Use is daily".
