Used to be great. Now bordering on useless as it tells me bookings are full at all hours of the day or night. Got 1 cab from the last 5 attempts and it arrived 30 mins late. Can't be relied on.

Unable to activate as the sms code has not come through. Cannot see any way to re send. Will try re installing

Five star taxi company. makes value cabs look like a back street company.

Disgraceful, waited 45 mins, called operator told it would be another 20 minutes which was 30 minutes after my pickup time, no apology from driver after over an hour, will never use again. AVOID! Do yourself a favour and don't waste time using them

Priority booking? Bollocks. The major flaw with this app is that when you book a taxi in advance, there is no guarantee it will turn up on time. When you ring to complain on a late taxi, the operators are useless. Back to Uber, might be more expensive, but they're more reliable

This app doesn't seem to work on a HTC u play. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it so many times and it's still now working

The apps need to be realistic estimating time of arrival. While most of the time they keep the time right but it almost impossible to trust them at peak time which suppose to be the reason I want to get 'priority' booking through the apps. And from the reviews and I agree with the mixup I would just use cash.

Phone operators are cheeky when you ring them. The drivers are worse taking detours to drive your fare up

Another necessary evil: as previous reviewers have noted the service on the phone is now pants and the app is the only way. The app is simple and straightforward and should be fine but a recent update means it constantly cries if it doesn't have storage, contacts, telephone, and location permissions - none of which it really needs to work. They say they don't do surge pricing like Uber but maybe they should as too often I've had a rejection from the app with an inability to book the next available taxi 'whenever'

Booked taxi through app, it stated 10 min pick up time. 30 mins later I got a push notification asking me to rate their service. When I looked at the app it said I'd no active bookings and my booking was greyed out and said inactive. 30 mins later got a push notification advising my taxi was there (I had already gone out). My husband advised no taxi actually turned up. Not a chance I'd risk paying by card though this app. Or use it again actually.

It asked for my phone number. Then asked for SMS code. There was never any code sent, so totally unusable. Test your software before releasing it

Badly designed app. Keep crashing, loosing details and payment contacts. The taxi are great but the app is a complete disgrace.

Can't be less reliable than this app... avoid if you can... they simply don't come and you stay there waiting

Ur a mug if u use this Company they just make u late and there call staff are not helpful

Useless! This app userd to be so good and now I can't even order a taxi, can't make any payment... it's just horrible.

It use to work wonderfully. Now, it won't automatically access location services making it useless. Tried reinstalling and messing with settings but cannot fix.

Absolute rubbish. It wouldn't let me pay with card and then when I tried to take my card details off the account it wouldn't let me. Now it doesn't even let me make a booking. Absolutely useless.

And back to the Valuecabs app we go... again. :( Doesn't work any more at all.

Worst app ever. Not been able to use it for a week now. No matter how many times​ I uninstall and reinstall it.

Avoid these crooks. They will drive you round in circles and then over charge you.

This app used to be really good but now when i try to open it it just crashes. I really wish they would fix this because i hate using value cab.

Love using the app. Its quick, easy to use. The only feature i wish it would have is if you get the text messages when the taxi is despatched and when the taxi arrives. Saving me having to track my taxi every few minutes

The app has no features. Can't record the destination while booking. No information on when taxi has been dispatched or has arrived. The saving grace is that the taxi comes quite promptly.

What happened to the fare estimate function?!!!
