الرقم الوطني هو رقم مرجعي فريد غير متكرر يصرف لكل مواطن ليبي بحيث يستخدم للوصول الي بياناته الأساسية بقاعدة البيانات الوطنية وباقي البيانات المتعلقة بالمواطن. الآن بإستخدام هذا التطبيق يمكنك الحصول علي رقمك الوطني بكل سهولة بواسطة موقع "مشروع الرقم الوطني والمشاريع المكملة" وذلك عبر إدخال رقم القيد وسنة الميلاد وضغطة زر.
