One small change would make the app work wonders - allowing the option for the meat burger patties to be swapped out for the vegetarian bean patty.

Absolutely useless, impossible to create a new account, then trys to log me in with my email address even though I haven't created an account!
I forgot my passcode and was given a temporary one. However, it has become the permanent passcode as there is no option to change it. Disgraceful!
Used it several times to date. Never crashes and the Windsor team is always on time with the order placed.

Did an order for 6, all was good and clear (well made app) until it came to putting a pickup time for the takeaway. I'd entered EVERYTHING, card details and customised burgers the lot. No time would work so had to then do the whole order by phone again.
Been twice to GBK, once at Trafford center and then in York in the last week. Could not earn benefits on transactions because I could not get the app setup.
I'm now locked out. I dont want a 4 digit pass code. I also don't have one. Being forced to get one didn't work either. I now can't use the app tonight and im missing out on rewards and a discount.
Why is there an option to remove most items apart from CHEESE...Lactose intolerant so I can only order 2 burgers...come on its a simple thing to do!!! Please add this option to remove Cheese...until then I can't rate it any higher!
I used the app to collect rewards and to see the menu for years, but apparently now I can only access it if I sign up for Flypay. Not good GBK. I'll be doing without until this is fixed.

I never use this app to order. I keep trying to order the lunch menu deal however when you click on the link on the app it does not give you the option. It annoys me so it just means I don't order. Sort it out GBK you are losing money.
I have the same problems a lot of people here seem to be experiencing, I had an email and password and since they introduced a four digit passcode, I am now locked out. First, it would show error messages but now that it accepts the passcode it says user already logged in and logs out. What is the point of all this, I'm not able to use discounts now.
Getting the kids meals or small burgers was the only reason I downloaded the app rather than just ordering from the website. Can't order any small burgers at all - I'll have to stick to phoning up. Uninstalling
I went to my 5th visit last week and claimed my milkshake offer. I spent over £7 as well. I was supposed to get my free burger voucher and I haven't. And now it says I have visited 0 times instead of 5.
Apparently it needs to do some migration and now says 'Invalid Migration Type' and won't do anything....test the App guys!
This app allows my dreams to come to life. I can tell my electronic device that I want a burger and it mskes it possible. I love you GBK app and GBK burgers
Even though I add enough items to make the total over the £7 min for a reward it days N/A ! Sort it out gbk!!!
Should have a comments box for order and collect, to truly customise your burger or add dietry requirements
I downloaded the app about a month ago. Now it's signed me out and won't let me log back in. Says my username (email) is already being used so tries to log me in but doesn't work.
Never able to choose use my offers as total goes N/A. Same orders at counter are accepted hence that's an app problem.
Said I had flypay. Never heard of it. Reset passpin and entered app. Then says no internet and no rewards. What's the point if nothing works.
A few of the burgers and also skinny/chunky fries were "sold out" at my location in the app but available at the counter !
I don't want one more company keeping my credit card data. Android Pay should be easy to implement and make order go in faster.
Menu update for takeaway now includes GF option making this the perfect app for me.

Easy to use and hassle free. I normally order through the app in the restaurant. Only reason for 4 star is i have not yet ordered take away from it.
App not loading my rewards or challenges. Says "no internet, no burgers" even though I am connected to the Internet:(
Does exactly wha it is supposed to and more. Plus loving the loyalty scheme too on top of the rewards/offers going
Awesome app, great rewards, add a few more payment methods (PayPal?) and this app would be even more perfect.
