Please sync with Deliveroo and I will give the 5 stars, or at least have a voucher system to include it. I'm missing out on SO MANY rewards by using Deliveroo!

Menu doesn't work! I select Fries&Sides and get more burgers, under Hot Drinks at the milkshakes, under Sauces are the chicken burgers, etc...
I'm colourblind and it's near impossible to read the customer ID,more contrast is needed other than that it's excellent!!
Cannot cancel, too much restriction on offers.
I can't even order from the table in the UK's second city!!
App is good in general, use it for rewards in store (tell checkout your account when ordering), ordering at table, and ordering takeout. Only issues are that it once accepted an order for a store closed for renovation, and inability to buy starters on takeout (I want those chicken bites).

If I could give this app a 0 star I would, let's me log in but I have never been able to track my rewards or view my visits after dining there. Sort it out guys as I love your place! Wouldn't want to stop eating here, but feel like I'm being conned out of any rewards!
Great in theory but always told I don't meet requirements even though I have spent more than £7. Haven't been able to redeem a single freebie! No feedback or help button so not sure they even care to deal with the issues
I was signed in, all set up ready for using the app. And on my next visit few months later I had to create some passcode thing. Eventually gave up as there were people behind me. Not impressed.
The app was sooo good. It made the experience more enjoyable and there's loads of free give aways. I use to find GBK too expensive but this app made all the difference. My bf and I ordered from our table and both meals came quickly and at the same time. The free WiFi is ????. I'll be coming back soon
Only favour to ask is: can we record our dietary preferences as well? So that those foods we dont want dont show up as free offer / on discount. Say a vegetarian wouldnt be looking forward to baconaise sauce.
One of the most frustrating apps I've ever used. They just suspended my account and there is no way to restord it other than e-mail their support. Also the app didn't display it when the GBK I visited didn't have the drinks I ordered so that I paid for drink they were unable to serve. This caused problems at the restaurant. So I guess this was my last time at GBK as it would be easier to go somewhere else next time
Find it poor that you can't upload your order afterwards. And asking, they respond " I think it is too late" after your transaction. I work for a largwr retailer. We have that option. Just saying.
The app works when I am at the office or at home. As soon as I walk into GBK and announce that I would like to redeem a reward, it stops working or fails to even recognise me. This has happened several times now and to be honest, I feel like I am being cheated. Also, they state in the very small print that you have to have a minimum £7 spend to get a reward. So it isn't really a reward, more of a contingent discount scheme.
App doesn't recognise my log in, only to boot me back out when trying to create a new account saying it then recognises me. Frustrating! Give me my rewardsssssss!
So.. You want me to visit GBK which i actually otherwise love, 10times to give me 25% off in my next visit? Wow guys. How so generous?!?!? I dont want to get a heart attack for a miserable "treat" like that. Try harder.
I am impressed by the app's responsiveness and rewards system. However, the app actively discourages eating with friends in the restaurant. I treated my girlfriend to a meal and even though I paid for two meals, I was only given the reward for one meal.
My food got cold for 7 mins because the code wasnt working when trying to pay for my takeaway in store wasnt happy burgers wasnt warm enough that free side ruined my meal!!
This app hasn't recorded all of my visits so I lose out on the rewards. The staff are like the app.... Useless
What's the point of having free rewards when you can't redeem them?? 'Spend £7 or more', it says, followed by 'You haven't met the requirements to claim your loyalty' even though I *have* spent more than £7. Stop ripping us off!! Pathetic.
Completely given up on this app now: None of my rewards show up, even though I get emailed to say I have them. Agree, if there was a zero, I would award it this! What an awful app for a mainstream company: Make it better or get rid of it altogether!
It just doesn't work. I try to sign up but then it keeps saying that the username already exists and tries to log me in but that also goes nowhere as I don't have an account so it keeps repeating the same cycle and I cannot even create a sign up account.
Totally misleading Rewards section. It should Not say in fine print about takeaway option. It should be upfront. This is very wrong. Never going to use this again. Competitors are honest and upfront on what you get in regular print. Bad way to Reward customers, GBK.
The reason its okay is because the app itself is good however being in the military it is not worth me using the "rewards" as then i cannot get my discount and would guess this is the same as all the student out there. App good overall concept bad for students,military and anyone else discount is offered to,nhs? Still love the food.
Shocking. I get my rewards and when I go to get them in the restaurant a month or so later, it says I have no rewards. Have the stamps but never been able to get the reward. Stick with Nandos!
The app does what it suppose to most the time. But recently some updates to the app or service have taken away the shine. U can no longer customize milkshakes through the app. Some of the challenges have frozen it's rewrd count, so you'll never get the reward. Such as shakemester. I've bought several milkshakes but I'm stuck on just four counts for quite a few weeks now.. quite disappointing and waste of my loyalty in that sense.
Brilliant app I use all the time when burger hungry, I do wish it had a way to re-order the same thing in one click or maybe to have favourites that you can highlight, but even without these things it's very easy to order what you want in 6 or 7 clicks.
Opening times are wrong or at least the portobello branch, app says it closes at 11pm but got there at 10.20pm to be told they close at 10pm also the points for my last order did not go through
Just doesn't work. Constantly tells me there's no internet, even though I'm using internet rn to write this review. Have spent loads in GBK not a single reward has been added. Puts me off wanting to eat there tbh
Unlike the menus in the restaurants, this app does not show gluten free menus or options therefore I cannot order using this.
Wasted my time installing the app and entering everyone's order. At the payment page it had an error getting the price. The staff could not help had to do the whole lot again at the counter in the normal way.
Can't even sign up! They automatically put a "0" at the start of your number when they insist on having the country code. U can't delete the "0' which means you won't get the code and can't sign up
Doesn't let me sign up! Try to create an account, says it doesn't recognise my email address, so it takes me to sign up again, gets stuck in a cycle! Using a Samsung s7 - fix this problem!
Was 1 visit from my free burger then lost all my info, showing as 0 visits, no help in getting any of my rewards. Such a shame as I loved the food.
One small change would make the app work wonders - allowing the option for the meat burger patties to be swapped out for the vegetarian bean patty.
