Does not allow me to submit meter reads, does not show any of my previous reads (provided by phone to their CS) except for the opening figures. Regretting switching to this company tbh.

Seemed to work fine..then for no reason wanted a finger print authorisation to access. Have never wanted to use fingerprint Access. Went to the trouble of placing a valid fingerprint in the setting. Still doesn't allow access. So basically this app is completely useless. As you cannot access it. Abysmal. !!!!! If this is not sorted quickly I will move utility supplier...

On the plus side, I like that there are separate apps for phone and tablet and they have fingerprint security aswell as the normal log in. On the negative, it's a bit slow to load. My Details show tariff end date as the start date and if you are a low gas user it won't accept your readings so you have to call up and contend with their not so good customer service. Their understanding of the English language isn't good enough. Eg. On the app, if you haven't had a bill yet, it says 'you don't have bills.' It should say you don't have any bills yet or something similar. It's all in the meaning.

Unable to submit my meter reading so useless for me. Whole point of downloading was so I can do my meter readings with the app. Please fix. Using LG G3 with Android 6.0

Doesn't work on Galaxy S7... try to submit meter readings and just says sorry can't accept meter readings at this time and to call customer services.

Absolute rubbish won't let you use without fingerprint authorisation. Have never used fingerprint authorisation on anything

I like this app a lot but it doesn't seem to work properly. Several times I've tried to submit a reading and it won't allow it because it's "too low". A real shame as the app looks great and is very feature-rich. Please get it working properly.
