I have found Easyloss VGB to be a saviour after a lifetime of one diet after another with varying degrees of success, counting calories or carbs, avoiding real food and succumbing to marketing that tells me if I eat synthetic food in place of the real stuff, I will lose weight. In just 3 weeks of following the VGB guidelines I have lost 4 kilos. This version of VGB is the Virtual Gastric Band hypnosis App aimed at men. It differs from the other version only in that it is James Holmes's voice-over, refers to "abs" and is thus "man focused", and doesn't include some of the other options contained in the other version. As I prefer James's smoother/gentler and more authoritative voice, I feel that my subconscious is more open to the suggestions in the sessions in this App. "The other version" has a female voice-over, James's partner and colleague, Sue Peckham. James's version doesn't include Tracking Progress, Top Tips, Panic Button and Motivate me as far as I can see, but if you have already bought the Sue version, you would not need these extras anyway. The Facebook Group is motivational and inspirational.
