FINALLY. An app that calculates interest the British way. I have been searching all over the play store for a loan app that didn't use divide by 12 to calculate monthly interest, and now we finally have one that caters to the needs of those who have been ignored by every other loan calculator app dev on Google Play. Great app. Most mortgages with a promotional rate have a cap on the overpayments that can be made within the promotional period without incurring penalties after which unlimited overpayments can be made. It would be nice to have a feature to be able to see the effect of two different monthly overpayment rates within and outside of the promotional period.
