Barclays Phone & Gadget Cover

Does what it's supposed to do. Not sure what everyone is complaining about but it works fine for me, although it's just as easy to use the website (the app pretty much just displays the mobile site anyway) . The only advantage is the app can automatically detect information such as the IMEI number which saves you having to search for it when registering your device. Remember that for this account your password will contain a symbol (@,!,&,etc) I forgot this which stopped me from logging in to begin with.

This app hasnt been tested properly. I was halfway through registering then I got disturbed and attempted to register again. Then the app said my account was already in use and directed me to login or change my password. When i attempted to login, it didnt recognise my email address, so now im in limbo. I cant login, cant complete registration and I cant use my account details. This app is getting deleted!

Abysmal service. Every time I need to update my details they seem to have lost all my info. My login isn't recognised so I try to reset the password only to be told the login doesn't exist. So I try to create it again only to be told I can't because it already exists! I can't even complain on the website because it tells me my session has expired when I try and submit the form. This is at least the 3rd time this has happened since I've had the account.

Shame on Barclays, Is not working this ups the icons is not working at all I can not make any claim through this ups. At least remove from Google so people they don't get confused. Shame on you.

Added all my details and it didnt register, added them again and it added it twice, deleted the duplicate, tried to add another device and it didn't register the details. The whole point of an app is it should save you time. 0 out of 10 for the developer

Do not buy tech pack cover. I do not recommend it as they do not have a clue about what they are doing and their customer service is below any expectations. The app is also useless.

Wish I'd read reviews!! What a waste of 3hours!! Finally registered and got it working then nothing will up date. Considering your phone information recommended it rather than waiting!!! DREADFUL!!!

I don't know why everybody says that this app doesn't work, from the day I got barclays techpack I haven't got with any problem with their app and claims. I am very happy from barclays.

I'm really disgusted with how bad Your reviews are barclays! All the money barclays makes yet they can't even get there app together. Terrible.

A real piece of... NOTHING. My details are incomplete and it's impossible to update them. It doesn't recognized the network (for instance). It calls my laptop a "phone" etc. Even if at the beginning I put all my details correct, in this moment is not realistic. Probably after every update is ruined again. And is not only about the app. Even on their website is the same sh... thing. And don't bother to tell me to contact you guys. I already did it. In the last12 months or more. E-mail, phone calls... I've been assured that everything is fine in their system/database so I don't have to worry if I see a really nasty situation in the app and on their website...

First try. Not able to connect to the server. Is it even being managed at all?

Installed, will not let ne login or register, I am registered for my two phones on the main Barclays Online Banking site, not sure if it's just confusion or if the app doesn't work, takes me to a login screen but just does nothing. Not recommended, do it through the main website.

What a tank app. I to can't register what a wast of time thanks Barclays and only costs me 9.50 pm for something that don't work.. I may leave Barclays totally.

Absolute piece of rubbish. Installed the app and tried 5 times to register my phone; each time I press register it takes me back to a screen saying no devices are registered. Rubbish, rubbish, rubbish.

Whats the point of this app if the registering a phone is not working! Try adding so many times and is still shows 0. Tried adding online- no luck. Useless app and useless cover.

Struggling to add my new phone. Every time I try to add what model the phone is it doesn't give me any options. This also happens on the desktop web page. Please address this issue.

Waste of time. They don't do it online. They just make you get frustrated. NO ONLINE USE OF THESE SERVICES ONLY BY PHONE. PLEASE REMOVE THIS APP JUST JUDGE THE REVIEWS !!!

Such a bad app for an institution like barclays. Why did they get it so wrong. It won't let you login nor register anything at all. what a waste

It doesn't work at all! Can't register.. not even one option or icon pressed don't work.. £9.50 for almost 2 years and can't even register.. I'm signing off and I want refund of all my payments or it will go viral.. 300k folowers of each post on fan page on Facebook is enough to do it and I have 9 more fan pages.. I'll do everything If I don't get refund.. also leaving BARCLAYS!

Trying to use this app on galaxy note 3 and it won't login at all. I even sent an email about it but no response or updates to the app. Very disapointed as now I have to call to change my details rather have the ease of using an app. Why discontinue the old app if the new one doesn't work?!

Why do I have to remember another set of login details for this? Can you not integrate it into the main app, or at least use android content url sharing methods?

Same problem as everyone else. Cannot log in as "already registered". Cannot reset password as "not registered". Common barclays...expected better from you!

This service has been broken for years...tells me that my account is locked, i need to reset my password. Trying that tells me that i need to register a new account. Doing that tells me that my account already exist and i need to login. Back to square 1. Very bad

Cant register says that email is not valid tried 2 emails. Sort it out please, shame!

Cant log in, cant click links. Cant do anything and my phone tells me the mobile site is unsafe, but it asks for all of my details to log in: DOB, sort code, email. Etc. Im cancelling this as soon as my next and last claim goes through. IF it ever goes through

Cannot login, button does nothing. After removing and reinstalling no difference so I have removed till they fix it. Get it sorted Barclays.

Input fields seem really buggy and, like everyone else is saying, can't login. I've tried the forgotten password section and it says I don't have an account. I try to create an account and can't because I already have an account.

Says my e-mail address is invalid on new S7 Edge, and also stopped working on old Galaxy Note.

Login doesn't work and sends me to some weird forms that don't work too. Then when sent them email didn't get answer

I can't register my email.says it's not a real email address so now I pay for insurance but can't register my phone. Stupid. Dumb dumb dumb

Trying to login using Galaxy S4 but app's not allowing.

Shame you can't rate an app Zero, this one it's literally useless as you can't log in so it's just a waste of storage on your mobile.

It doesn't work not the app or the website tells me I'm not registered then when I try and reregister it tells me I'm already registered
