If I could give zero I would!! Thanks for the useless update, great I can login but can no longer book at my local Odeon. Pointless app now. Fix it please.
So looks like the update means I can't login any more! Won't accept my password just comes up with error and password verification! Not good at all!! Have ended up having to change my password to be able to get into it!
Argh Odeon what have you done?? I can no longer access my loyalty card through the app - not sure I even have the plastic one anymore - updates are supposed to improve the level of service not leave me standing in front of a cashier tapping at my phone like an idiot trying to access my card!
I would have given the app 5 stars but since the update its not allowing me to access my premier card. Every time i click my card nothing happens. Other then this the app is really good. I use it to find out about films, release dates ect.
Doesn't work anymore- latest update doesn't let me login at all! Fix it please-especially as my local Odeon has no box office anymore!!!
The latest update does not let me view my Odeon club card! I've thrown my actual card away, so this needs fixing asap!
Why are Odeon not reading these reviews? Why no responses from them? No one can log into their accounts anymore as it keeps blocking when now asking for password. Everyone's having the same fault with your app! You will be loosing big money and loyal customers when a lot of us change cinemas!
Since the update over night I now can't login to my account says incorrect password when I try and do the reCaptura appears!!!
I can' t access my premiere card. Takes ages to log something. Such a dissapointment !

5* before the latest update, now I have to log in every single time I get a ticket, and update my contact details. Previously I was logged in at all times and didn't need to do this.
You've broken it. Can't log in or even check seating as a guest. Was working before. Patch please.
The app announces "News," which you cannot get information on, is linked to a loyalty club which is a chore to access, and is basically less useful than a far easier Google search. A complete redesign is needed.

App that's only real function is to purchase cinema tickets doesn't allow the purchase of cinema tickets. Well played Odeon

I'm a limitless user and I find this app very useful and it's easy booking films. I've only given 4 stars because of a few things like I can only advance book 2 films with my limitless account and the films aren't updated often enough. For example there will be a release coming out on the Friday and yet the film, most of the time, will only show up on the Tuesday. Other than that I like the rating system for the films, the info given for the films and how quickly I can see the film times and book them within a minute of finding the time I want.
It's an OK app but you can't book using a CEA card on the app. I can use the my card with online booking as the card is linked to my acount so it's a bit baffling that I can't use the app with my card. This is only an issue for CEA card holders though so if you don't have one then the app will serve your needs just fine. If you do have a card however your gonna have to use online booking.
Can only book one limitless ticket per booking. Means if 2 limitless holders are going to the same screening you have to make 2 separate bookings and hope you can still sit next to each other. Customer services advice - make 2 bookings at the same time on 2 devices. Not particularly helpful.
This app does NOT have a CEA Card inclusion so booking always involves a trip. Frustrating, irritating and disenfranchising. Not autism friendly. Phone booking is not permitted. Odeon have yet to got the access equal for disabled users. VERY disappointing all to common a problem with this company.
I have issue with signing into my premier account. Error tells that credentials are wrong (I am 100% they are right). If they are wrong though, there is no such option as account recovery. If you would like to see a trailer yo the movie - don't bother to try, it is not working. You will have to find it in different resources. The only thing this app is usefull for is checking screening times for the current week.
This app is atrocious. It is the most broken thing I have ever seen in my life. Odeon as a company really doesn't support mobile bookings.
Used to be good. Tried to use it for the first time in a while today and it's now terrible. Really hard to navigate. Couldn't easily see what was on in different cinemas on different days. Please put it back to how it used to be!
Its ok and then it isn't. It allows you to book in advance it knows I have a limitless card which is great. But if you book two movies on different dates in one session it removes the first date from the calendar and refuses to add the second to the calendar even though you click add to calendar, its annoying as I book the screen unseen way in advance to get a seat.
This App really couldn't be more useless if you're a Limitless customer making a booking: Not only will it refuse the booking, but it will prevent your card being used in any capacity! Having discussed it with Customer Service (lovely as they are), they say that budget constraints hamper development and debugging. Really?!
If you are paying for tickets I am sure this app is fine but you cannot book two tickets for limitless at the same time meaning me and my girlfriend have to book separately. The same thing happens on the website. A totally unacceptable flaw in my opinion that needs to fixed.
This app is extremely basic whilst managing to also be complicated to use! There is no function when booking to book my carer's ticket with my CEA card, so I cannot book using this app. So really it's kind of useless to me- if I'm booking on the website I might as well look up things like film times and account details on there too. Kind of disappointed, it's not a very 2017 looking app.
Useless app. The Cineworld app is far superior . I want to be able to chose a film and see when it is on, not to be shown what is on NOW regardless of whether I actually want to see it. Very frustrating.
App was great. Then I paid for limitless and experience constant booking issues. Try to book a film and the app tells me the film is unavailable on my limitless. As may have already booked another film. This isnt the case, can book other films the same day! Frustrating!!
I've been using version 2.1.2 of this app for ages. It does all I need of it. Recently it stopped connecting blaming my internet connection. There's nothing wrong with my internet connection, so Odeon have blocked version 2.1.2 accessing their server, thereby forcing an update to version 3.x. And what a godawful update, difficult to navigate with a bloated, oversized interface. Usability has been by-passed. This is a lesson showing what happens when something is "fixed" which isn't broken. Poor, and that's being complimentary. LET ME USE 2.1.2 AGAIN!
Tried to book tickets but kept timing out when I paid. I thought apps were meant to speed things up not the opposite. I ended up booking through the mobile website but couldn't log in properly. Then after I've paid the site nicely rubs in how many odeon points I could've got if I'd logged in. Perhaps if you correct the issues with your app I'll get them next time.
Even if this had become the best app ever created I can't give you more than 3 stars. It was left to rot the in a broken, forgotten state for far too long. Having a functional app is literally the lowest hurdle to clear.
