Positive Mental Training is a self-help, 12 track programme, each 18 minutes long, which can be listened to as a course or dipped in and out of as you need. There is a progress button to track your journey. Many also find listening rapidly improves sleep.
I love this App, worth every penny. I worked with and for Dr Alastair Dobbin for many years in my struggle to understand and accept my pain. Today I can say with reassurance that had I not met Alastair I would not be here today. He told me reasons, ideas, and more so I could live again. My issues took everything from family to work and what I love in Soccer (Football in Europe) I have a voice again in my own personal way and I don't think I would have if I never met Alastair. I highly recommend the Feeling Good App. Not only has it helped to change my sleeping patterns from sporadic to consistent, I'm now having early nights and sleeping deeply.
