Horizon Smartphone App

Since the update this app is not working properly - it doesnt seem to run in the background any more and only rings when you actually have the app open!

Doesn't work properly, doesn't come up properly when a call comes in and phone just rings out. Sony Xperia xz premium.

Works well and provides the flexibility I need

Barely works. When in a call it does not turn off the screen nor mute any other calls or notifications. This means during a call if another call comes in the phone rings in your ear and you cannot hear the caller. These are very basic features which should have been addressed.

Being an app that you pay for indirectly through a subscription it really is awful. I'll try to list some the issues and bugs I have faced since installation. 1. Whenever the app is open all media volume is muted on the phone only way to get it back is to sign out of the app. 2. App crashes randomly and quite frequently always during a call. 3. This is more a feature o think but the app disables all calls and chat of you don't pick it up after 15 minutes, no way to change this either. Come on gamma sort it

Awful app. Purchased this at the request of my VoIP provider but it was buggy, kept crashing, kept dropping calls and kept going unavailable. Do yourself a favour and ask your provider for Zoiper.

Great application only issue is you can't see Horizon directory but voice quality is great

Service withdrawn and they didn't even tell their own customers still paying for it. Typical Virgin/Liberty ripoff. ????????

Never had a problem. People complaining should check there phones for malware and viruses and general rubbish. Works fine for me on galaxy s6 on the latest android version.

This App should be far better considering its importance and the fact we are paying for it. So many bugs and usability issues - do any of the programmers actually use this app on a daily basis? In the last week the app has crashed at least 6 times on my Nexus 5 running Marshmallow. This is the future of phone systems, so why not make it a brand leader and not a half hearted offering?

App crashes when receiving an inbound call. Have to manually restart the app every time the phone loses Internet connection.

Shockingly poor. After initially working on blackberry priv this no longer works.

Have just set up my account online and the app doesnt recognise my details. Before the obvious starts... i have logged out and used the details online several times. It is not recognised on the application.

Works much better on this new version ,the interface is much clearer and seems smooth in its operation also lollipop support is a needed addition

For an app which you essentially pay for on a monthly basis it is very disappointing that I can't even use it as it's not compatible with the latest cut of android.

Crashes instantly on both gal s5 and htc one...

Volume is an issue. Isn't compatible with latest Android OS. fiddly when trying to transfer callers. Good points: extremely convenient when out of the office without the need to setup call forwarding, remote office or twinning in order to stay available. Works on GSM and WiFi. Suggestions: would benefit hugely from being more intuitively designed, and if it could manage the handover from GSM to Wi-Fi and vice versa, that would give it the finesse users look for today.

App closes immediately on Galaxy S5 running Lollipop so couldn't tell u if its any good

Sound quality is poor low volume level and the recipient's complain about me sounding like I am in a cave. Works better when they make the call to me. But nothing sorts out the low volume. Has potential. Facebook messenger works a lot better

Not compatible with latest Android so won't work on my One M8. Works ok however on my S5, not the best though the GSM to WIFI requires sign out and back in, also crashes quite oftern.

New user so hopefully not too long a wait for Lollipop support, and perhaps some ongoing development to better integrate with the new os. Looking forward to your next update. This version force closes when you try to open the app by the way. I will update rating when its working (Nexus 5 (32GB), Android Lollipop 5.0.1 Stock/Unlocked/Rooted). Thanks :)

Needs to be compatible with lollipop asap

You need soft and mobile licences from you provider to even try this app. Does not make it cost effective to use it most business, should be a standard feature!
