Been shopping with Very for around 3 years now. First cladd shopping experience. Now the App...what more can I say " Absolutely brilliant x

Ok app. Just missing a home button as navigating back is a real pain, hence 3 stars. Tend to use the website because of this flaw

Easy to use. Just annoying that you can't select multiples of colour, size ect when browsing. Quick and easy checkout though.

Great easy to navigate app, been using very for years and I think shopping though the app is a better overall shopping experience. Easy login also

App is a little hard to use as doesn't save basket & sorting page by price or A-Z never works!

Bit slow and always have to sign in never remembers sometime no item in basket when add them go to basket and there gone.

Really handy app. Easy to navigate with categories clearly marked with sub-categories well designed. Navigating the 'My Account' section lets you see the breakdown of each Buy Now Pay Later purchases for when they're dye and to pay off the individual items. My only two gripes are that I couldn't find a way to edit filters than having to clear them all and re enter them and that often outside of 4G it doesn't allow me to use the app properly but that's not entirely down to the app.

Its ok. Sometimes when you press back it goes back to the start so you have to start again. At delivery, If click n collect have to change individually which is an absolute pain especially wheb you want to do it quickly. Other than that we love very and the offers. Just app needs tweeking for ease of use.

App works smoothly, some products don't work as well as you hope others are perfect... But free returns makes it all good, Just can be slightly inconvenient if you're ordering last minute .. My advice give yourself enough time for a second delivery just in case

Great app. Easy to use. When i click the back arrow next to 'shop' i expect to go back to the main shopping page, Mens women etc instead of navigating through each page i just went through. I can use the back button on my phone for that. There is no button to take you instantly back, that i know of that is.

Great app only problem is getting to the main shop menu after u have been browsing. You have to go back through every page u have viewed to get back to it which is very frustrating at times. Would be much better if u could just press the shop button to access the main menu at any point

Very customer service is terrible. When you finally get through to an advisor you end up getting passed on numerous times as they don't know what they are doing. I ordered a fridge freezer for next day delivery and had no contact so within 48 hours I had to phone very to find out where my order was. I was told (eventually, after days of phoning) it was out of stock. They had no answer when I asked them why they couldn't contact me to tell me that. They said they would cancel the order within 24 hours but failed to do so. I phoned up again an the woman told me it was out of stock but the order couldn't be cancelled (?). I gave up trying and hung up. Few days later the order was cancelled. I moved into my new flat with no fridge for over a week now. I have ordered a different fridge but im not expecting it to turn up. I would also suggest getting telephone advisors based in the UK. Very appalling.

Great app, can create favourites so you can go to then at any point. Easy navigation from dept to dept. Only draw back is when in a dept you then have to go back through all the previous pages to change the dept. Other than that does what it should

Perfect for what I needed and my phone offers the fingerprint recognition log in. Was a little tedious to have to enter details every time before but works quick now. Great payment offers and deals all the time.

Quite easy to use. Only frustrating thing is having to go back using arrows to get to the menu. Also sometimes quite slow

The app is handy to use but constantly asks me to sign in to save more items to the wishlist and when I do it still asks the same thing. Also, theres no shortcut to get back to the homepage after looking through all the items, you have to backtrack all your steps to get there.

Easy app to use, love the fingerprint recognition, no need to member password. Only drawback is the having to go back through every page you have looked at when browsing!

Good site can do my shoo and view account on here only bad thing if you have gone through 10 plus pages you cannot get to the home screen which i find annoying having to go back through them all overall good

Wish there was a home page and when you are refining your items be able to select more than 1 choice at a time..tip..instead of going back all the pages to get to home page click on basket if you have items in it then select continue shopping and it will take you to home page altho a simple homepage option would be essier

Great app allows you to sign in using your finger print, also can order and make payments. Better than trying these on a laptop or pc as always got signed out. This app doesn't sign you out unless you come out the App. Brilliant im happy xx

It's great except I wish there was a home button. After trawling through 5 pages you can't hit home. You have to click back 5 times

Great app but the only down fall is having to back through all the pages to get back to the main page also some times if you click into an item it will reset all your filters you have selected sending you back to the start .

Good app has everything and easy to navigate. The reason for four stars is it's horrendously slow when loading certain pages. Sort that out and you are on to a winner Very.

Not been using very for long but so far im very happy its so easy to use no messing around and they have good reasonable prices.

First time user...can't believe I've been in city centre ... easy returns.. quick delivery. .. called for help and top telecon.. bang on

Love This app, very handy to have and extremely quick deliveries. And always send texts to remind you when you statement is ready to view, payments are due and any deals are available.

The navigation isn't the best; to get back to the shop categories menu, you have to press back a thousand times. But other than that it's great.

I found it to work well just a few teething issues but I'm sure that will get blamed on my device as that's usually the excuse...

Great app. Small development needed to recognise users and passwords so I don't have to log in every time and when I've added items to my basket and then log in it empties my basket.... which sucks...

A great shopping app. Got some great stuff at fab prices. If item not available the date for re-stock is shown. Very, was recommened by a family member. Happy days

Soo annoying i have to keep signing in just let me stay signed in!!! I have to go to the checkout to see whats in my basket!! Why cant the basket update itself please fix it

Love this app for ease of shopping anytime anywhere ..but ... you should just be able to go back to the main menu instead of having to go back through all the pages you have been through

I love this service but I also have a very credit card, would be good if the app includes the very credit card too instead of having to use a separate web page.

The app is great, i love the fact i can use finger recognition so its much quicker to quicker. Easy to go through and can check my account anytime i want.

Handy app. Easy to use and navigate through. Great for browsing through on the go. The my account section is simple and has everything there in view so you know where you are with your orders.

Only issue is that once you start browsing you cant go back to the menu option, unless you go back through all the pages you have viewed

The app is not the best to use as its hard to go back to departments and sometimes puts you back at the beginning and looses where you were. It shows all the products well though and saves items well

Handy app but again needs a home page - very tiresome having to scroll back though search pages to get back to main menu.

I love it. The app allows you to place an order and choose whether you want to pay out or add to your account and it has great items to purchase. I absolutely love it.
