Western Power Distribution is proud to provide power to the East and West Midlands, South Wales and the South West of England. This new app enables us to offer a higher level of support, assistance and interaction for all our customers.

This app allows you to report power outages in your area and seek the right help.

With the app you can:

- Use the postcode checker to see if Western Power is your Distributor
- Sign up to the Priority Services Register
- Uses an interactive map to pinpoint fault locations
- Important and general advice for power outages/faults
- Archive your past and current reports for future reference
- Receive push notifications and live updates of any faults in your area
- Save your locations so as to monitor power outages/faults in your areas
- Receive a notification if there is a power cut in one of your saved areas
- An outage/fault checklist to aid in assessing the problem
- Send reports directly to Western Power Distribution
