Great app for Which customers. Really fast and easy to use
Very quick and easy to navigate. The layout is clear and simple . Appears to have reviews over many years . Neat way of shortlisting the products.
Gotta be a member or no login can't see many people using this until it's just for Joe public
Just downloaded the app and it keeps throwing me out after I log in. I cant look at anything coz I then have to log back in again and again
Keeps kicking me out every time I click on a product to view.
Paid for subscription but can't use the app as it keeps throwing me out. Very ironic that an organisation that is supposed to be all about consumer quality is represented by such a poor quality app. Well done guys, take the rest of the day off.
This app is a good first offering and I like the 'shortlist' function, but it is quite limited. For example, I'm looking for a new, built in, double oven but I have to scroll through double and single ovens, which is irritating. There needs to be a next level option or a continuation of the 'waterfall' menu to provide this enhancement. The option to specify a price range, to fit my budget, would be handy too.
Doesn't appear to be compatible with some devices (e.g OnePlus range) when installing via Google Play directly on the mobile but I managed to install this when installing via Google Play via the desktop website.
I really enjoy having all Which? Product Reviews in one easy to use app. Keep up the good work.
This problem, over 2 months old and reported by many users, is really irritating.
Since the app updated I can't use it. Says my device is not compatible with this version.
Very easy to login and use. Able to filter results which is very handy! Extremely handy if I'm out shopping and need on the spot help with decision making
Not really a great app. Info is helpful but not entirely easy to find on many products. Like ski boots for example.
App repeatedly kicks me out and have to re-enter login details. Had a reply saying they are working on the issue but thats the same response given to members 2 months ago! Surely an exclusive app for paying members should have more reason to get it fixed. This is my first review ever as ive never had any issues with any other 'free' apps. Very dissapointing.
Same problem as others. Logs you out when you display some products. Enough people having this problem to say it's likely to occur to you too. Otherwise a great idea.
This is a great app but let down by the fact it randomly logs you out. You can be happily viewing a page and then you suddenly get logged out. I often then find I can't log back in as it says my previously fine login details are now wrong!
Loaded OK, signed in, but when I tried to see some product details all it would do is send me back to the login screen. Very frustrating. I shall have to rely on the much better Which website in future.
Doesn't include reviews of most gardening requisites like compost, only tools.
Needs to be able to be installed to SD card. Basic error!
Can't log in, keeps telling me "login details not recognised" the same details work fine for the online version!
Since the update I have gone from hating this app to loving it and I have tested it extensively. Thanks to Which for contacting me about the update.

Stupid, it's now thrown me out of this app and I can't get back into it, put in login details and just doesn't log me in, I pay £10 for this?! I'm going to be cancelling my subscription

Doesn't offer the same functionality as the ipad app, I want to be able to download issues to read offline - I can check reviews of items through a web browser
The app wont let me sign in. I have been made to change my password a number of times but it makes no difference - the log in doesnt work.
Probably the worst app I have downloaded. Sift and sort simply does not work. Impossible to view the selected items.
Quite easy to use and decent UI. However filter don't always work. E.g. headphones / features doesn't filter at all. In other cases if multiple choices are selected the filter returns matches for any choice which makes it fairly useless. E.g. if I want a midi hifi with USB and BT the filter returns systems which have BT only and USB only. The filter behaviour needs to depend on whether the choices are independent. If so, use AND. If not - e.g. brands - then use OR.
I really like this app, being able to check stuff before I buy instore or online, could save an expensive mistake. I had the logging out problem, only on certain reviews, not all and the latest update (1.1.3) seems to have cured it.
Waste of space as downloads every review, with pictures, even things like cars which people buy at most every few years and the whole kids section which I'm sure most subscribers will never need again. Emailed asking them to give an option what is/isn't downloaded and as normal they are not interested.
It's OK but the sort and filter actions don't always work. Real nuisance.... So I'll probably uninstall it!
Can't access mobile phone reviews

Since the update I can't view the mobile phone reviews. This was the main reason for downloading it. Please fix. Problem has been fixed, now 5 stars
As a subscriber to Which? Magazine I thought this app would be an invaluable tool. The app doesn't recognise my username or password so is frankly useless. I've reset my password in the hope that would work, but it still won't give me access.
