Needs attention Tells me to enter email address,so I do and all it says is sorry. Can't even use Forgotten password link as it doesn't recognise the login password sent in the email. Nice idea but could do so much better.

Tried to buy concert tickets with this company recently. All tickets unavailable and sold within seconds from release time as usual for FOUR DIFFERENT VENUES. Yet again had to pay upto four times face value 10 minutes after release to the usual touts. LEGALISED ROBERY AT ITS FINEST.

This app was a great find. I have used Eventim a few times to buy tickets for things and they are pretty good. I downloaded their app and it linked to my Facebook so it knows what music & comedians I like - then it tells me when they are on tour and tickets go on sale. Thanks to the Eventim app I got tickets to see frank Turner play a tiny gig at the Hatfield Forum which sold out really quickly - I wouldn't have even known about it if it wasn't for this app. All in all it is really easy to use, useful and looks lovely, I would definitely recommend it!

Errors adding tickets to basket. Checkout failed. Missed out on tickets. Should have used web version
