ADT are okay as a taxi company, friendly and responsive on the phone. I have had problems with the App not finding destinations and the developer was responsive and sorted the problems out. Works like other taxi company apps. You get to track your driver before they arrive and follow the journey. No surge charging and a phone number to call if there is a problem.

Maybe App is good, but service is appalling. We needed an 8 oclock taxi to the hospital. At 20 past I had to phone because the app couldnt tell me where the taxi was. I was told 4 minutes. Then the driver called to say he was 10 minutes away. No point booking with this company unless half an hour late is aceptable.

Terrible location system. When use pin to locate myself, drivers couldn't find me unless i call them.

Superb. Have been using it for 6 months. Only once out of maybe 60 ish taxi bookings I have been let down. Well that ratio is far higher than any other taxi company in Leicestershire..well done ADT, great app and service, but introduce a reward system for us regulars....
