Universal Language and Computer Institute (ULCI) was established in 1984 and is a pioneer in the field of education consultancy. Since its inception, ULCI has catered to the educational needs of both national and international students. Our services include study abroad counseling for students wanting to go abroad for further studies, English and Chinese language courses and, preparatory classes for standardized tests such as theIELTS, IELTS Life Skills, TOEFL®, SAT®, GRE® and GMAT®.Recently, ULCI has also expanded its operations into catering to the education needs of younger students by placing middle and high school students into summer programs to various education institutions around the world.
