Need to talk with hairpeople.. The programer don't understand the question s that I asked about there program. You really need too talk with us . Standing appointments have to be enter manual 1 week 2 week or even 3 weeks are hard to put in ....Ii am thinking of talking with clover to get some results
Not populating service choices when booking an appointment and needs some forms of zoom function - super tiny on a phone!
For a salon and spa, we wanted our professionals to see their schedules but we only wanted our front desk to have access to client info and booking appointments. This app didn't allow the flexibility of setting the restrictions we needed. We had more needs than the app could provide.
I've tried twice with this app/system on clover and I can't say anything other than it sucks.
So, for some reason I am getting ghost appointments on my schedule. I see them on the app on my Android device, but I get to work and they are not there. Today it showed a third appointment overlapping my second, but not at the office. Very odd. I've showed up to work thinking I have an appointment because the app says I do...and low and behold no appointment was scheduled. And now we are getting double booked when people schedule online. We are losing clients!!!
double, triple booking. App syncs with all android stylists cell phones perfectly. Full clover integration with customers and services. Excited for the iphone apps to get the other stylists on board! Customer service has been very helpful.
The app is great on paper, but in reality it's fairly complicated. We have a lot of problems with appointments not syncing with our phone apps. Also the online booking feature doesn't notify therapists when an appointment is booked, so if the therapist is not in the office, they might not know until it's too late. It allows clients to book minutes before the appointment. Small annoying bugs like the first employee on the schedule list gets printed out as EMPLOYEE instead of their name when you print an agenda. I feel like the tech support isn't very helpful either. Honestly if there were a better app out there that worked with Clover, I would switch right away. My therapists are constantly complaining about this app, with good reason. After many headaches, angry clients and therapists, I am going to try a different program. Unfortunate.
This makes our Salon & our 7 stylist perform functionality 6 days a week . We have superb reviews and we love it
Clients can't book online themselves and it doesn't show the prices for services when your booking an appointment. Which means if a client wants to know a price you have to look it up on your register or go into inventory and add up the prices. I'm really not impressed, this app doesn't make my job easier.

There's no way to use this ap from a phone...should be more complete and easy-to-use. .showing all appointments from different employees at the same page..
