Мобильное приложение "Yordam" разработано для обеспечения обратной связи между населением страны и государственными органами республики Узбекистан. Вы можете оперативно оповещать о возникших или нерешенных проблемах в области ЖКХ, просматривать статус своего прошения, контролировать качество выполненной работы и оценивать его.
Приложение привязано к web-ресурсу e-kommunal.uz, а значит, все заявки и прошения автоматически отображаются и на сайте. Примечательно, что заявка, оставленная посредством “Yordam”, имеет тот же юридический статус, что и официальное письменное обращение, но помогает сэкономить значительный запас времени.
Основные функции приложения:
• Возможность оставить прошение о возникшей проблеме в одной или нескольких областях ЖКХ
• Отметить проблемную зону на карте Ташкента, или других городов Узбекистана
• Прикреплять фотоснимки ко всем своим обращениям
• Отслеживать статус отправленного прошения.
• Оценивать качество разрешенной проблемы
