Frankly, the reason for my 3 star review is a VERY intrusive ad up front that often just crashes the app (it shows the app and then vanishes, and needs to be restarted). Once it crashed the entire tablet, so it is very annoying. Definitely they went overboard with ads. Everything else works OK, but it would be nice to learn the logic behind this particular 30 day program.

Generally it's a good app and advertising doesn't bother me to much. Why only 3 stars? I absolutely HATE that I can't see whole training plan and only one day forward. I can't see where rest day are so I can not fit it with my normal training schedule. Also from start your don't see if it's going to be challenging enough or maybe far to hard for you. For people who like planning things - it's really bad app.

It is a super easy to use and motivational app. I really like it dies not allow to see what is in other days, makes it exciting to finish today and see what is next. a bit too much ads though, but i guess that is why it is free :)

Only thing is won't. Let you pick a starting amont of time. And of course the ads you have to hit back button as soon as it opens or you are taken to play store.

Started out great, but jumped from 60 sec to 90 sec and then to 120 way too soon. I was feeling great and meeting the challenges until it started the bigger time jumps. Maybe should have different levels and increase rates for beginner vs intermediate and advanced users.

This app does what it needs to. There's a nice countdown to get into position and the timer is great. The only thing I would like to see is a buzzer or notification when the timer is complete so I don't need to look at the timer the whole time.

I loved this app to begin with but the jump from 60 to 90 seconds was a surprise and it is such hard work that the 'enjoyment' of meeting each day's challenge has been replaced with a sense of dread at the thought of it. The beeps seem to jump around a bit which is annoying (perhaps just to me!) and then disappear - which is good - but would be handy for them to return for last few seconds so I don't have to check the countdown - which can be really irksome when I find I'm struggling and have 40 seconds to go! Great at the start but on day 16 and struggling with motivation.

I love this app however I do feel that the increase from 60 seconds to 90 seconds is too much of a jump too soon I'm only on day 14. I dread to think how long I will have to plank for when I reach day 30

Really enjoy the app. It's definitely helped tone and shed some fat. Would be better if you had a calendar of sorts in the app saying how many seconds each day.

Only thing I feel could be better is the reminder. Keep on missing it. Otherwise the app is perfect. I could already feel a difference from the 2nd day. Day 4 huge difference.

I like increments and the calendar (spelt "callendar" above) but the reminders sometimes don't work and the sound seems to work randomly; sometimes there's a whistle when the clock reaches 0, sometimes not. Once or twice I've even heard a voice countdown.

Jumping from 60 to 90 and 90 to 120 seconds makes this app too difficult, sets you up for failure and when you cant do it youre not motivated anymore
