I haven't had any real issues with it yet. I like being able to quickly check what's going on. Only feature I think it needs is zoom. Update***since most recent update not getting motion alerts. That's one of the most important features. Needs to be fixed immediately! Can't trust it!
The new update has caused the app to stop working as well as before. Cameras don't connect always. When the busy icon on the upper right stops spinning, all cameras should be connected this is not the case. It used to be, but now I frequently need to wait for the other cameras to connect, even when on the same wifi. Needs work.
I've really had no problems, or lyrics issue is the lack of instructions. Previous version I managed to figure out how to get the panning to work by accident, I can't find it now. Rating will go up if I can find out how to use all features and also the alarming.
The recent update has made the application much more pleasant, however, the camera function is still glitchy. The video freezes when using the listen mode, the cruise control doesn't work properly. The preset cruise only makes one pass then stops. The video lags so much that it will be several seconds behind. Besides that i like the app and the camera
The new update greatly reduced the quality of my cameria. I use this mostly for its night function and after the update its hard to distinguish between items. I wish the update never happened.
App crashed several times a day. A recent update has taken away the ability to save a higher quality picture, it's freezing instead of crashing and the connection is lost a lot. Finally, the speaker has come on and if we've closed the app to turn it off, since we couldn't turn it off in the app, we'd restart it and the speaker would turn right back on. Bottom line, camera's are great but the app to access it is absolutely terrible and disappointing!
The first time I downloaded this app, it wasn't great, it was a little glitchy, but it worked. Ever since your last 2 updates, nothing but garbage. And now you haven't updated your app since. Fix Your app ffs! The camera is worthless without it. DO NOT BUY THIS CAMERA! It's not worth it. We have gotten a new camera with a different company since. No issues with them, way more reliable. Not impressed with this company. Will not buy from again. Should be 0 stars for wasting my money.
After updated app, i can't get alert no longer. No reason to use this device without alert function. Need to fix this issue. I was going to purchase more cameras but changed my mind.
The camera itself works well, not too sure abt the app.. It says the camera can operate without the Ethernet cable but I've been trying to use it just thru Wi-Fi &haven't had any luck. I need to b able to place it away from the router. It also won't connect if I'm viewing it from the app with no Wi-Fi, thought thats what data was for
don't know why but cant get the wifi to work it works great with a lan but that defeets the whole reason I bought it if I could get the wifi to work would be great keeps telling me to hit the send button on the app but there is no send button on the screen. very frustrating
Okay, I a m hoping for some esy to connect via any wi-fi as ig it only permits my home Wi-Fi then both app & camera R useless.
The app updated and now my camera is gone. Unfortunately the camera is in another location and I can't re-add it until I get there. Is there any way to get the settings back?

No problems b4 update, now the app on my phone says Application not found, i have go play store to open it an then navigate app, i like other layout to me more user friendly & trying view recorded info constant "connecting" try fwd to something
Other products are better suited to the task. We also own MIPC which is much more dependable.
Edit: the newest update fixed the listening issue, there is a lag in the intercom function. The layout of the app is much more user friendly, as well as the fuctioning of the app. My orginal issue was "when I try to use the listen function everything freezes, and I have to restart the app. Other then that they are great, the video is good. However when you purchase the camera to help keep and eye on a 2 yr old and a 93 yr old with alzhiemers, the listening function is very important."
I got the new update and now my one cameras which is further away from the router works great the one closer constantly say connecting (I reset my phone reinstalled the app and rest the camera still won't connect). Also the cameras switch between each other for know apparent reason.
Now my phone says app not installed but I am logged in. None of my cameras are showing. It's like I have to do a complete new set up.

There are some bugs--sometimes I have to do a force stop and I have had to unplug the camera once to reset it--but I have a camera from another VERY well known company that retails for a much higher price and it has the same issues, and possibly more often. That being said, this camera has more options than my other, more expensive one. The Blacklabel camera rotates horizontally 360 degrees and vertically about 180 degrees. A welcomed feature.
had 2 cameras working fine for a year. then they stopped working. signed off then it wont let me sign back in. ask for password reset nothing tried to register after fresh download nothing. no tech support cant register and wont allow me back into my account wtf???
Very frustrating, I read the reviews before hand and didn't listen. Can't even get back into the app, even after resetting the password still can't get back in. Also it has lots of trouble connecting with perfectly good WiFi. The camera maybe good but the app Sucks for sure. Im sending the camera back. If you have the budget Black Label this is a relatively easy fix for such a huge common bug. Good luck.
Audio does not work. Alarm function sensitivity has no effect, keeps alarming at lowest sensitivity. Unsuccessful with upgrading firmware. Multiple app crashes. Tilt and Pan controls work when it feels like working. WTF!!! Fix your buggy software black label innovations!
Day one - I've been trying for four hours to register and can't. I will try again tomorrow and if I have the same problem I'm returning both cameras and get my money back.................Day Two - I tried, for an hour and a half, registering again this morning without any luck. What good are the cameras if you can't even register them. I'm sending them both back and getting my money back.
I have 6 cams and all were working fine. Then one started showing up in the app with the image upside down. Support suggested i needed an update to the app so i did that. Now i cant log in. Support says i have to setup a new accout which will require resetting up all the cameras.
Cameras keep going offline all the time. I have to go into my settings, app, Black Label app, force a Stop, then restart it and it works. It's a pain but it does work that way. Little disappointed in the software but the camera itself is acceptable hope they fix these bugs!
will not register cameras ok trying to quick setup and manual does not allow input of home wifi. app is useless, making the product a huge paper weight
Okay, here's my only grip, can't fast forward recorded media or, I just can't figure it out. And to all the other reviewers, all of your complaints are user error! Figure it out, it was easy to set up.
Installed the app on the galaxy s7 and now when I try to register, it says the account is wrong and log in failed. I can use the same log in information on the desktop application and everything is fine. Getting very frustrated because there IS no ACCOUNT NUMBER. Grrrr
This app started out great and now is constantly crashing before it even opens. If it does work, lots of the time it will show offline so the camera isn't working but the app is. I like it when it's working but that is not often!
Had the cam working well. Then try to put it on WiFi and log me out... is there another app that will work with my camera?
Love the preset camera positions feature but every other time I open my ap and click on the one for my daughter's bed it has been reset and pans to the ceiling. Also when I'm listening to audio often the camera will freeze even though the audio is still working. It will look like she is still in bed and I can hear her talking and then all the sudden she's at her door. Would love these bugs to to fixed
This app always stops working. Hard to navigate,cant erase the videos to free memory. The playback has to much static to hear what goes on.i can go on with fixes that is needed.Has potential needs major fixes.
If I use the talk function, 100% of the time, the camera freezes and I have to exit out of the program completely to get it to work again. Not a big deal, just a nuisance.
The camera its self works pretty good. Will record upon motion detection if you have a micro sd card installed. As far as the app goes it needs some work. It slows down my galaxy s 6 and stops responding several times a week. With that said im still ok with the system and hoping for an update soon...
When the app is working the cameras are great. Problem is that the app quits working all the time. Fix the app. Still not working. Are you going to do anything?
Almost come to a decision that it is a waste of money. Could not add camera with the exact steps followed. Tried relogin and it is more than 3 hours the login is rolling on and on, yet I couldn't login to the app. Raised ticket as well. No response.
I keep trying to register but it keeps failing over and over. No phone number to call for help
On my IPad I have no problems none I can move the camera my infrared camera is awesome but on my Android it takes 20 min to load my vertical sweep is good my horizontal is the worse it won't move but maybe its my phone my wife's note seems to work well with the device
