Looooong on going issues that haven't been resolved in over a month! App freezes and shuts down as soon as you try to listen in and/or talk. Always something with this app. Like my cameras, but NOT THE APP!!!
The cameras are decent quality, but the app is very buggy. Freezes a lot. Fails to open more than it opens
Night vision worjs when it feels like it. Has a very slow real time delay. The audio, (speaking and listening) is muffled. I have to restart to app constantly to get the camera to move..
Got logged out on the latest update and have never been able to sign back in, and I can not reset my password!!!The camera is now useless and there is no customer support to help me!!! Horrible product, do not purchase these cameras!!!
I would like to know why I can't set the camera up on a I phone ? Why I need a password u need to change this so far it work well on my Samsung I won't it to work on the I phone so please fix the problem well I see you did not answer my question
So many glitches. Screen freezes when accessing the feed. The app thinks it's tomorrow. Etc.. might want to consider fixing the app
The camera its self works pretty good. Will record upon motion detection if you have a micro sd card installed. As far as the app goes it needs some work. It slows down my galaxy s 6 and stops responding several times a week. With that said im still ok with the system and hoping for an update soon...after having this app for close to 2 years, i can honestly say its not worth it. You truely get what you pay for. Lookout antivirus just popped (8/16) up saying it is spyware.
App functions ok but the forgot password thing is not fixed. It does not let you go next after entering your email address. Other than this, the app worked ok and is usable.
Really bad app. Crashes and freezes constantly. You should really consider going to a different camera company if you don't want to deal with this terrible semifunctional app
This app freezes a lot. 2 things that happens to get it working again. Close out completely and wait about 5 second or wait until my android device tells me Black Label Camera has crash. Another thing is the alarm is kinda mess up. So I set up to arm motion detection when I leave home. When I came home, on the way to my door, I want to turn off the motion detection, but it was off. I remember I turn it on. When I open the door, no I got notification like crazy because motion detection is on, but on my phone it is off. About a minute later, I check my phone, now it shows its on. Black Label Cam - you need to fix the app and/or the camera. The camera is great, so far this app sux. Update March 8th, 2017. Now my camera disappear from my app after it is says offline. If I can I will give this a negative star.
App and camera is junk. Camera is constantly goes offline and can only be reboot by unplugging the power making it useless for remote monitoring and really any monitoring since it is offline when you what to use it. App is buggy and waste phone resources by not shutting down properly.
This company has the worst support I've ever contacted. Camera glitches in EVERY storm. I did the firmware update & now the none of the apps can get a picture, even though it can find the camera on our network. THIS CAMERA IN USELESS & A PAIN IN THE A$$!
Worst piece of s*~t app ever and waste of money buying these useless cameras. Save your money and buy something else you can use on multiple apps. These cameras are only viewable with this worthless app that rarely works.
The camera itself is nice but the application does not work properly. After day one I have not been able to get any motion notifications no matter what steps are provided online to set them up. This has been such a disappointment and a waste of money thua far.
Piece of junk application. They seem to be so obsessed with downloading video in the highest resolution there is no space in the stream to send positioning commands else there is such a lag that it seems to freeze. That includes when my phone and the camera are on the SAME wifi network through the SAME router. Whole app just feels bad like so many Android apps. "Let's rush it out there and don't worry about bugs." seems to be the attitude of the developers.
APP IS WORTHLESS! Latest January update does not fix the issues people are having with this app. You only slightly fixed the push notification issue. But I don't seem to get notifications at all now. Still deserves 0 stars, unfortunately have to give it 1 for this review.
The android app keeps saying unfortunately black label cam has stopped working when motion is detected. Everything was fine until an update, I have an 8 month old Great Dane to keep an eye on fix this immediately! Or I will be returning your product!

Horrible cameras do not waste your time and buy spend a little more money and get a good setup I have 64 GB SD cards in mine they do not record right they do not capture right and also my plug prongs came right off of the plug due to defective assembly I wrote the company multiple times and they don't reply
Difficult to log in again once you unplug it to move to another spot. Frustrating!!!!!!

This app will let me log in but if I use the back tab it sends a message that black label camera stopped. I cannot see anything anymore as well
Do not work on WiFi. Only on Ethernet cord. I need it wireless. Useless equipment for me if app doesn't function properly.
I have had a new router installed with a different password, now my camera does not work. I will not go online. It is always off line. How do I get it online???? Anyone???

Wifi is not working since update... I have 4 different cameras and all were working fine until the update. I have tried deleting the cameras and reinstalling them but it doesn't work. The only way I can connect to the cameras is by using an ethernet cable and that doesn't work in all the places I have them. Even when I try to reestablish the Wi-Fi connection it doesn't retain it. When I unplug it it goes back to searching for a Wi-Fi connection. If it gives me the successfully connected message I can't even connect to it manually. The Lan can't see it at all.
I have 6 cams and all were working fine. Then one started showing up in the app with the image upside down. Support suggested i needed an update to the app so i did that. Now i cant log in. Support says i have to setup a new accout which will require resetting up all the cameras. As of 5/25 the app has stopped working. All cameras (multiple models) show as offline in the app. Cycled power on the cameras, the cable modem, and my samsung s7 and all the cams still show as offline
The new update on August 2, 2017 fixed a lot of issues and both the app and the cameras finally worked Great for 1 day! The next day the App started a whole new set of issues. Now every time I review a recording on the phone, when I want to go back to the main page or to the next segment of recordings it shuts down and goes off line. Why would they even sell a camera when they don't have a working App?

Worked okay until last update. App continuously stops working. Issues with SD card and viewing recordings after update. No instructional manual to help navigate the app features or parameters.
Everything was fine until I installed this last update. Changed my password and still won't let me log in to my account. Even changed the password 3 times but to no avail. Would be nice to have a phone number so that I can contact tech support.
My Android phone told me that I had spyware on this app so I uninstalled it. I reinstalled it and tried to log on but it said that my email address was not bound. I tried to do a quick register but it said I already had an account. I'm trying to contact support and can't seem to find anyone to talk to. I don't know why it's so hard to get help with a real person. I hate that I purchased this item.

My cameras keep going offline what the heck
Disconnects and my messages all disappear. When I check messages I see a list of dates pop up and then immediately disappear
The camera drops the signal for some unknown reason and then never reestablishes it. The only way to get it to reconnect is to power the camera off and on. The WiFi signal at the camera is great. I have two Arlo camera's that are twice the distance away from the router in the same direction and they never lose the signal. Save your money and put it towards another company. This product is completely unreliable and I would be irresponsible if I attempted to use it for anything other than the paper weight that it has become.
