The restaurants often call you back and cancel the order on you and whenever I attempt to get in touch with the food zoned customer care they refuse to respond. Wouldn't recommend. Uninstalling now.

Cannot pay online using card on the app but it works on the website. The app also does not remember your login details every time you sign in

You're playing a game of luck with this one. You'll never know for sure whether you'll get the order delivered. It may get cancelled anytime (even after waiting for an hour).

Ordered from the app. The food never showed up. Called the customer service and they said they will contact the restaurant and have it sent asap. Never came. And the customer service number was busy then no one answered and finally switched off.

I don't liked the limited accessiblity it provides present locations options only ,if I want to search other place apart long distance , we can't do it. It ask to register ,which I feel not necessary as we are downloaded this app by our Google account. Over all I liked as I need in my place. If possible go through this issue . Keep simple ,so that more people can make use of it. All the best.

I expected a proper app, not something that simply loads the website. Stop being so ridiculous.

I won't comment about the service because I haven't been able to use it yet. I was having problems with using the website on phone, slow response and terrible user experience. Turns out this app is just a wrapper for the website. Get better developers.
