when i click on download bill then it move to an folder of storage. it is hard to find this pdf from so many storage's files. so i request to u that please set simple system for open the bill by one click. set automatic system...downloaded bill open in pdf application without any problem,easily.

Bill not dowanload, show dowanload successfully but not found....

I don't understand why every time the Account No. Needs to be entered ??? The account should be automatically accessible every time we open the app. Otherwise App is good. It is really a great help to office going professional. Bill payment on the go. Now , I think all the issues have been resolved with the latest update. Excellent...

While payment every time user has to enter Account No. Give facility to add bill ac no so that we can select from drop-down menu. If any one has to pay for same bill he need not to enter same every time.

In this new version bill is not download plz solve this issue Plz make a column of sanction load in view bill option.

I was also about to give one star and negative comments to this application (like many below)... But then I realised it is atleast a start and improved versions can come later! We need to acknowledge the fact that how under-funded govt. organisations are and going digital is not as cheap as many think. Just like to wish all the best to the development team of this app for bringing improved versions in near future :)

Trying for last 2 days to pay bill by this app. Even on good speed of 4g its showing no internet connection .such a bad app. Totally disappointed. How india can become cashless. If govt sites are not working properly.

Really good app . Payment much faster and very easy. If u have any problems talk to us I used this app last 4 months till now no prob...

This is totally waste. There is no update of current bills, so you can not pay your bill online using this app. It is a very worst app I have ever used.

Waste of time .govt is changing but mostly govt apps r 3rd class.dont know who they hire for app making.dont download it

It needs a lot of improvements. GUI should be enhanced. Also app should show previously entered k number so that user don't need to enter it every time.

App has no user detail storing capacity, every time I have to enter account no., needs improvement

Can't even log in . It asks for some RAPDRP Account number. Such number is nowhere in the bill. A/c no mentioned on bill is not getting accepted. USELESS APP. Shame on you DHBVNL????

Today is last day of payment and the bill is not updated yet still showing my last bill paid in Oct. That's only we expect from a public servant company

इस मे बदलाव की बहुत जरूरत है जैसे बिल डाउनलोड ,पेमेंट करना आदि बिल PDF डाउनलोड का ओकशन तो आता है पर डाउनलोडिंग नहीं होती

Only shows rurAl area bills and information but of urban areas which are under ARpDRP scheme not shows any information..

This app is also add a feature to see full bill details & also download it's copy in pdf or any other option

Bakwas app h phle toh bill pay Ni hua Then next day pay hua toh ...My bill amount is 3401 but payment deduct from my account is 3427 ..Why????
