The system is to handle basic function of Library and provide a complete solutions for administration of a Library's technical fuctions and services to public among these functions includes tracking books and video held by the library, managing loans, and support daily work.

A library keeps records of current loans of books/and videos to borrowers. The library keeps the information Library members such as name,surname, adress etc. For each book, the library keeps tittle , authors, publisher, publication date, ISBN. Books which are out on loan may be reserved by other borrowers. There are restrictions on the number of books a borrower may take out at one time depending on his/her status.
